Unwind Resort

Avoid this place! Very bad experience. The food was tasteless, the staff behavior was unprofessional, and the rooms were unhygienic. Overall, a complete waste of money and time. Management needs to seriously look into their hospitality and maintenance.

"Spent a day at Unwind Resort and it was pure luxury! Everything from the ambiance to the service was spot on. If you need a quick getaway that feels high-end and relaxing, this is the place to be. 10/10 experience!" I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Unwind resort. The staff was consistently rude and dismissive, often ignoring the call bell for over an hour despite repeated requests for assistance. When they did respond, their tone was arrogant and made feel like an 'inferior citizen'. The lack of hygiene at hotel is appalling. During my stay , I noticed cockroaches in the room and the bathroom had a foul smell that was never addressed. The rooms have maintenance issues—like non-functioning ACs and broken mini-bars—are ignored by staff. Total waste of money. The photos online are completely misleading. Everything is worst. Extremely disappointing experience not worth the money I had a very poor experience at this resort. The food was substandard and lacked both taste and quality. To make matters worse, the staff was unprofessional and quite rude. The cleanliness of the rooms was also a major issue; they were poorly maintained and desperately needed a deep clean. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

outstanding customer service. Every staff member was friendly, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. This resort is for those who love calm and cozy place to stay and also it's surrounded with the beauty of nature- Cold winds, greenery all around, birds chirping and a few adventures like boating, cycling and horse riding. A must visit place for family and couple as well. The quality and taste food is also amazing. ❤️ Trip type Vacation Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Luxury

It was my first time stay at unwind. The total service of my room was confined to Shri Reetak. He is very polite and hardworking. Due to Reetak our stay was very comfortable. Room D 3 is also very good and spacious. All the staffs are very polite and friendly. Keep it up. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and has such a great vibe. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including table tennis, badminton, and more, so there's never a dull moment. The swimming pools are well-maintained and perfect for relaxing, and the tent rooms offer a unique and comfortable stay. Overall, it's a wonderful place to unwind with family or friends.
