WOW Crest, Indore - IHCL SeleQtions

Very cooperative staff, food was good, best location overall excellent stay….

Having stayed at various IHCL properties, Wow Crest Indore maintains the high standards I’ve come to expect. The tariff is very competitive, especially considering the level of service provided. The rooms are spacious and well-designed for both rest and productivity. What truly elevated the stay, however, was the staff. They are professional yet genuinely warm, ensuring all guest needs are met with a smile. Additionally, the breakfast spread is expansive and high-quality, providing the perfect start to a busy day. It is a reliable, high-value option for anyone visiting Indore. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Great value

As soon as we entered the hotel, the ambience swayed us for a second and the staff over here made our stay even more comfortable. Employees Mr. Priyank and Mr. Taranpreet were very helpful. Even the food over here is worth a shoutout. Travel group Friends Hotel highlights Great value

Rooms are good but sound proofing is a problem. The service is patchy as far as room cleaning is concerned. Rest of it is good. Value for money. Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Great value

Service was great and specially Jitendra was helpful in the lobby area

This is five star then why no teaspoons in the room. Better replace the chopsticks to steer tea in minibar. Rest all good. Breakfast service need to be improved. Should place crowd warning like other hotels sharing few pictures. Delay in room service. Really need to improve. Would not go in micro complaints. Staying in room 315.
