A good decent hotel. Few Staff members are a little uncooperative. Rooms are decent with good amenities. Breakfast buffet is good with quite a number of choices. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a medium budget hotel. And yes there is a little bakery inside the hotel named Cake Me Up which is amazing. Pastries are too good with very genuine prices and the girl at the counter is extremely sweet. Must try the mud pastry if you are a chocolate lover. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

We visited this hotel for a staycation of two days. The hotel's ambience is great and so the staff. They take care of all the needs and the service was great as well. The food is good. The room we stayed in was good too. We booked their small conference room to convert it into a date night and it was done efficiently. Our stay here was great and I would love to visit here again. Awesome place where we had a pleasant stay. Staff were polite and were very happy to help. Had a good spread of buffet for breakfast which we did enjoy. Only feedback is most of the items on breakfast were repetitive which can be improvised. Live counters too had good options. Valet parking is available with ample of parking space in the basement. We had an excellent experience during our stay here for my son's birthday celebration. Special thanks to the Chef and his team for accommodating our last minute special flavour request for cake. The chef ensured the request was met within an hour. The food at the restaurant is finger licking as well. Highly recommended for stay and food! A wonderful stay in a Value-for-Money branded Hotel! Given the number of good hotels in Indore, I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel. But then, it turned out to be a lovely choice. We have stayed for 3 nights and it has been a wonderful experience overall. Being part of IHCL, we were sure that the basic services would be good. We were however pleasantly surprised with the very welcoming lobby, well trained personnel, the good quality of food, attention to detail overall. A great V-F-M product, for the price that we are paying! Rooms are cosy (not too large but a good size), good linen & towels, the beds are very comfortable. To mention some outstanding personnel - Deevesh, Restaurant Supervisor was a standout. He literally ran the restaurant single handedly. Extremely efficient, very pleasing and most importantly, keen to assist the discerning customer with customised food as per their liking. The food was excellent, however you need the service person to communicate correctly and be involved. Deevesh was just that. Lovely to see such aspiring youngsters on the floor. He was ably supported by Khushi - another very pleasant, happy to serve person. Ever-smiling khushi was always available for any support and more than happy to help. Well done Management, for having such lovely personnel on the floor - especially when you also get quite difficult customers too... We will be back! Thank you WOW CREST Management & team! I recently stayed in Room 312 at your hotel, and I regret to inform you that my experience was far below expectations. I would like to provide detailed feedback regarding the issues I encountered during my stay The toilet was not functioning properly, with continuous water flow. This created a significant inconvenience throughout my stay. There was no minibar or refrigerator in the room, which was quite unexpected for a hotel of your standard. I called in-room dining to place an order, but was asked to call back later. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, and my order was not taken. I reported these concerns to the receptionist, who informed me that the manager would get in touch with me. However, I did not receive any further communication from the management team. Later in the night, there was a power cut in my room. There was no immediate power backup, forcing me to come down to the lobby to report the issue. I had a very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory stay. The service and overall experience did not meet the standards I expected, and I would not recommend the hotel based on this experience. It was a very comfortable and a relaxing stay. Amazing food, Mouth watering breakfast menu which was so tasty that Iam still able to remember taste of few food items. Very co-operative staff. The only thing I felt was the size of the room. Rest I had a very satisfying stay. They live upto the Taj group hospitality standards and treat the guests in the best way. I enjoyed eating here, Breakfast spread was quite nice and few items served were so best that I didnt feel to try it else where during the trip as they set up the standards so high.
