This is a very good hotel in the middle of the city with all major business towers in its vicinity. There’s a rooftop restaurant along with a bar, grill and a buffet restaurant in the lobby. The rooms are good size but a lot of rooms have smoke (cigarette) smell. So do mama sure to request a non smoking room if you can’t stand cigarette smoke smell. The restaurants serve good food and have very good variety. There’s valet parking as well. Overall highly recommended for stay in Indore. A lot of rooms have strong smoke smell even though they’re non smoking. So make sure you check the rooms during checkin. Safety All rooms have safety latch and door eye. Guests aren’t allowed to rooms after 8pm Food & drinks There are 3 restaurants of which one is rooftop, one in the lobby and one on open terrace. Great food preparation. Ample variety. I had a horrible and unpleasant experience with the reception staff, her name is “BINITA”. I had a stay for a day along with my other crew mates on the 9th till the 10th. When we had check out on 10th in the morning around 11:20 , I was running 5 minutes late. But this lady kept calling in my room several times continuously without a gab even after informing her that I will take 5 minutes , which didn’t allow me and my roommate to finish on time and Her tone was very Harsh and Rude over the call. She exclaimed “I will send the cab if you don’t come down in 2 minutes. “ I kept talking to her nicely but however she kept being rude and she sent someone to bang the door as well when we were getting ready for our flight . This really disturbed us mentally creating unnecessary panic. When asked, why was she in a hurry when my other colleague enquired, she was rude to her as well saying that there is another pick up for a valued guest and there’s just one cab. We were not notified on this and it isn’t our fault . This doesn’t mean that we don’t have any value either ! And when I was in the cab I was really disturbed so I called the hotel again to talk to the manager . She asked me to “SHUT UP” and even asked to go ahead complain telling me her name over the call , to which I really lost my cool . This is utterly unacceptable and very disrespectful. Such staff bring down the hard work of the hotel in maintaining the decorum. We are taught to keep our personal issues away and not mixing it with professional life. Her attitude was unacceptable and unnecessary. I hope strict actions is taken with such behaviour. And it is not at all accepted from hotel or any hospitality industry to accept such behaviour! Got a great deal with wow membership, a luxurious hotel to spend a quality time with friends and family. Constellation for buffet and dinning and Twilight for Pub and Bar are so decent and awesome. The taste, quality and quantity of food is upto the mark, got a little bit delay in service but apart from that everything was good. All types of payment are accepted there, the staff was pleasing and well behaved, hygiene and atmosphere was good, soothing vibes and live music just made our day. चेतावनी, सभी रुकने वाले लोगो के लिए चेतवानी है की कृपया इस होटल में मत रुकना क्योंकि यह लोग सिर्फ पैसा बना रहे है, होटल की मैनेजर एवं सिक्योरिटी मैनेजर दोनो का ही व्यवावहार बहुत ही घटिया था, हम लोग 8 दिसंबर को चेक इन किए थे एक रात रुकने का प्लान था हमारा, जैसे ही हम रूम के अंदर गए मेरे मित्र को अचानक उल्टियां होने लगी, चूंकि उल्टी एक प्राकृतिक शारीरिक प्रक्रिया होती है और इस पर व्यक्ति का कंट्रोल नहीं होता है, मेरा मित्र जो की बीमार था उसने गलती से उल्टी बेड पर कर दी, और इस बात के लिए होटल ने हमसे 5000 + gst रुपए का चार्ज अलग से लिए है, जब हमने इस बात का विरोध किया तो होटल का सिक्योरिटी मैनेजर पुलिस बुलाने की धमकी देने लगा और इल्जाम लगाने लगा की हमने रूम में गांजा रखा है, मैने जब बिल मांगा तो रिसेप्शनिस्ट जिसका नाम पुष्कर है उसने बिल पर कंप्यूटर से यह नहीं लिख कर दिया की उल्टी की है उसका चार्ज हम लोग ले रहे है, मैं सभी से कहना चाहूंगा कि इस होटल में कभी भी नहीं रुकना Trip type Vacation Travel group Friends Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 1

We stayed at Wow Crest for one night on 08 Aug 2024. The hotel staff was extremely courteous, and the cleanliness and food were excellent. It was actually my wife’s birthday that day, and I would like to give special thanks to Rubina, who went above and beyond to make the day memorable. She arranged complimentary balloon decorations in the room and beautifully decorated the cake table with rose petals. Along with that, the hotel provided a small complimentary cake, which was absolutely delicious. The interior of the Hotel is modern and very high quality. Rooms are clean and modern. They have an excellent continental and local breakfast aswell. Enjoyed a few rounds in the rooftop pool.
