The first thing that stood out to me at this hotel was the staff behaviour. I have never seen such courteous staff, always ready to help, always greeting us whenever they crossed us. They have exceptional service. Rooms are average sized, a bit small than other 5 stars I've been to but well arranged, clean and fresh. Would recommend 10/10. I have had a great experience with IHCL , so I chose this one when I visited Indore and my trust in this brand got dented with the level of indifference here. We had 3 rooms at the Wow Crest for 3 nights from December 14-17. On the 1st night we were assigned 2 smoking rooms on the 4th floor, despite requesting non smoking rooms. After pleading and then strongly urging, they moved one of us to a room on the 5th floor. My 83 year old mother still had to stay in the smoking room for 1 night. The room on the 5th floor had a horrible sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. The staff was sensitive enough to send technicians to address it, but there is only so much you can do with bad drains. The bathrooms are poorly designed with only 1 clothes hook to hang clothes. One of the other rooms had poor drainage in the bathroom wash basin and once again the staff tried to address the issue but it was ineffective. The room key cards kept getting wiped out arbitrarily and we had to get it re-keyed 3 times. All in all great location, courteous staff but poor maintenance. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 4

This hotel is one of my favourite stays because of the hospitality and service they provide… very pleasant and polite staff! Especially kudos to chef Vinay, he was the first friendly face to start my day with a smile and his food is delicious, never tasted such delicacies in any other hotel yet.. thank you chef Vinay for the amazing food and even for your warm welcome to us !! Wow hotel is truly wow as it is named. This is one of the best 5 star property i have stayed in. The staff, rooms, service, food, ambience, breakfast buffet, dinner buffet is just outstanding. They made my stay as comfortable as possible. Each and every staff was very polite and helpful at any time of the day. Hotel wow is a very good experience. I stayed there for 3 days and 3 nights. There are 2-3 restaurants. They have swimming pool, Thai spa, gym etc. Roof top restaurant is a good one. I liked the food of hotel very much being it breakfast -lunch-dinner. Rooms were normal 3-4 star hotel rooms. Room service was good. Overall, it was a nice experience to stay there. Stayed for a night only but was pleasantly surprised. Good food. Eagerness to help - made a drink of menu , offered to clean our car and promptly helped with packed breakfast. Rooms were good.
