If you are looking for a comfortable accommodation in the heart of Indore city, look no further. Rooms are quite spacious and cleanliness is taken care of. It has all the amenities which can be offered by a star hotel. The highlight is the rooftop restaurant which serves really delicious food. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

This hotel chain have a very nice formula of cheating peoples, they places some snacks in the room without your order and charge on the time of checkout. you have no option except pay them. very surprising! Trip type Business Travel group Family

I came here for the first time to meet someone, but the staff's behavior was very rude, strangely rude. It felt like they were all judging us in a weird way. Even though I wasn't there for any service at that moment, I might have taken one in the future. But from their behavior, it was clear that they are only sweet to the customers who are paying them. Otherwise, without saying or doing anything directly, they make you feel like if you're not paying them or not taking their service, then you're nothing. In my opinion, that's not a good thing. Staying here was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was impeccably clean, and the decor was modern and inviting. The bed was so comfortable; I slept like a baby every night. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. The location was perfect, conveniently close to Vijay Nagar Square, Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

We visited this place only for a business lunch with a group of 30 odd people in April 22. The ambiance is fantastic and one of the best we saw during our short visit to Indore. Food was yummy (as is the case in Indore in general). Buffet spread had loads of varieties especially in desserts. Staff was very co-operative and warm. They do prepare Jain food on order. Would definitely want to stay here when I have chance to be in Indore next time. Trip type Business Travel group Friends Service: 5 Location: 5

Welcome with Indian culture and soft drink, one feels happy with the inner ambience, soft music and aromatic air. The flow of the fountain makes you comfortable. Rooms are good and services are also. Free Breakfast is included as a Buffet system. As the hotel is situated in the outer area of the main city , it's easy to come directly from the airport. Wishing good luck. This hotel truly lives upto its name; WOW !!! The staff really listens to you and tries to provide you a solution, which shows how much they care to provide you the best service. Their buffet spread has a good variety of dishes and the taste is amazing. Thanks to Mr. Vicky & Mr. Samarth for helping us with the itinerary at the last moment. Thanks to Ms. Shruti for understanding & accommodating our request so politely. Rooms are very cozy & well equipped. Overall decor is very tasteful. There is market nearby, so you can shop around as well. During our two day stay here, I was simply impressed by their professionalism and commitment. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Had a wow weekend because we planned to check into the Wow Crest Hotel in Indore. They were spot on right after our booking was confirmed, calling to ask about our check-in, travel dates, and whether we required any assistance,a long forgotten but lovely gesture in the hotel industry today. The staff was courteous, the check-in process was smooth, and even the basic room we booked was super clean and well-stocked. The hotel has all the amenities and some lovely restaurants. The housekeeping team is super active, and the food is delicious. The hotel is situated in a comfortable location with no unwanted noise. Although the breakfast area is not grand in space, the staff was warm and welcoming, keen to serve. We specifically noticed how smoothly the entire operations were carried out under the guidance of their F&B manager, Mr. Jatinder, who was very much involved with his staff, ensuring all guests were comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel. We would like to thank Gajraj and Nitanjali for their brilliant service. Kudos to the hotel for hiring such an efficient staff. We are definitely coming back.
