Wow crest is actually a wow experience to stay. From Reception staff, house keeping and the bell boy all so professional yet giving a family like welcome. My special thanks to Ms Harshita who patiently took care of our check out formailites yet was so humble to apologise every time because she had to handle too many check outs and at the same time new entries as well. Her fellow Manager Pushkar also was very helpful and smiling during our entire stay and inquired if we needed anything. Such a wonderful and excellent staff we have at Wow to make it an unforgettable stay. I feel blessed to enjoy my family time at Wow and will recommend to all my friends at Tcs and family. Everything from stay, food and hospitality is BEST Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Safety Very safe area Walkability It’s approximately 35-40mins from Airport but it’s a no traffic zone and at nights you can stroll near by areas.Wow also arranges pickup and drop facilities so nothing to worry about. The hotel is in good locality. The staff are very professional and helpful. The best part of the hotel I liked was it's architectural design making use of the space they had in the best possible way. Hats off to the architect. Rooms are well maintained, cleaned, tidy and available with all the amenities. The food was really mouth watery. They have either buffet system or order. You can choose the one for you. I preferred buffet system. The breakfast has lots of varieties. Security is awesome. They have live music on Saturdays and Sundays. I enjoyed by weeks stay.... Kudos to the architect and kudos to the staff....

The only problem about the hotel which I faced is that restaurant staffs are confused most of the time... They walk around doing not much of things and not helpful like other 4/5* hotels.... Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5

**DETAILED REVIEW** Overall- A good place with a lot of spots for amazing photos. Food is okay. Service is okay. I have rated this hotel 3 stars, out of which 1 is only for the staff, they deserve a full star! Details: We did not stay in the rooms, so I will only be discussing the food and service. Note : We had vegetarian food and opted for a la carté. 🟢Pros: 🟢The staff is very courteous and make the dining room experience very pleasant 🟢The ambience is amazing 🟢The quality of food was great, all ingredients were fresh 🔴Cons: 🔴The wait time of food is quite high. We had to wait more than 20 mins for each dish (A-la-carté) 🔴The taste of food was okay-okay, no food item was amazing 🔴 The pasta was VERY bad. I ordered an Aglio-olio and it really tasted pathetic. It was watery and flavourless 🔴 We had a few items from the Buffet, which were also quite okay in taste 🔴 Very high prices (duh!) Overall - If you go there, make sure you've already had some food before going. It's great for photography and a one time experience, but overall it wasn't something amazing. It has a lot of room for improvement given its name and brand! The staff deserve a lot of respect! Good for a visit when you're in Indore . Enjoy 🌸 Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 3 Noteworthy details The behaviour of the staff is amazing! Hotel highlights Luxury

The ambience here is excellent. Staff was very polite and well mannered. However, the food was a bit hit or miss. We went to the Constellation restaurant for a buffet lunch. We generally enjoyed our starters, however the main dishes were average or above average at best.
