Our stay with WOW Crest was fantastic. Special thanks to Ms. Sunandita Mishra for making our stay even more comfortable. I'll definitely recommend this property to everyone who's visiting Indore and planning to stay. Worst experience with IHCL till date. It took 30mins for front desk Safvan and Sunandita to first provide 1 room out of 2 that too which didn't had electricity for atleast 5mins. The worst part is Ms. Sunandita had the audacity to say that if you need 2 room together on same floor then you need to wait for 1hr. I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Poor staff and highly untrained. Even a basic 3 star hotel might give you better hospitality. Not a single staff is ready for any apologies. This is my best experience at Wow crest. |Very much thanks to Front desk team rahul to given good experience to explore things ..|Chef vinay very much help also serve best poha jalebi. Thanks wow crest team.

We recently dined at Wow Crest from Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) after booking a buffet dinner for seven people. The experience had a mix of positives and areas needing improvement. The restaurant’s ambiance is elegant and welcoming, perfectly suited for family gatherings or group dinners. The buffet spread offered a good variety of dishes, including flavorful starters, well-prepared main courses, and appealing desserts. The food quality was satisfying — fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. The live counters added a nice interactive touch to the meal. However, the service speed was noticeably slow. Despite having a prior reservation, we faced delays in basic services such as water refills, clearing used plates, and staff assistance. Some buffet items took longer than expected to be replenished, which disrupted the dining flow. For a buffet setting — where convenience is key — this was slightly disappointing. On a positive note, the staff remained polite and courteous throughout. With better coordination and quicker response times, the overall experience could easily match the high standards associated with IHCL. In summary, Wow Crest delivers well on food and atmosphere, but improving service efficiency would significantly enhance the guest experience. Service: 2 Location: 5
