Fitness centre at Hotel is up to the mark. Especially Piyush the trainer is extremely helpful well mannered and trained. He’s knowledgeable and helps you in your workout. Great

Positioned as vakue for money brand but actually a badly refurbished old property.phines dont work. Service standards can be much better for a ihcl property. Food / resturants can improve quite a bit. On the good side dinner in roof top resturant improved and they did help with carry on bfast boxes which were well done . Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 3

We have had a pleasant stay in Hotel Wow Crest. The hotel also approved our early check-in request. Room was spacious with a nice bathroom, however there was no bathtub in that. We have also used pool on the terrace. Pool was clean and offers and pleasant view of city. We had our dinner here also. Starters and desserts were good, however main course menu was not upto the mark. Breakfast was superb here with plenty of options. I particularly liked the pancake, it was delicious. One of my worst experience service wise in IHCL selections. Some of the staff members were extremely rude and denied basic service requests. They also didn’t enable support for a comfortable spot to feed 6 months kid instead suggested to feed in the corner. I am disappointed with my stay at Wow Crest Hotel, Indore. The service quality did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category. Staff response was slow, requests were often delayed, and overall guest handling lacked professionalism. The room facilities and maintenance were not up to the standard advertised. Communication between departments seemed poor, resulting in inconvenience during my stay. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves service standards, staff training, and customer satisfaction. My Experience was not as good as I expected from an IHCL property, the moment I entered the room a foul smell came, I informed the housekeeping and they sent a person with a spray, but that did not work, they after bearing for a long time I again requested them for some freshner and they again sent a person with a carpet cream, which actually worked, but till then my experience was spoiled. The staff was curtious n helpful, breakfast was decent. In all was not worth I paid for the tariff and that to for an IHCL property. This hotel is truly amazing and offers excellent service in every aspect. The reception staff is warm and welcoming, and the food is outstanding. A special mention to Chef Vinay, who is incredibly kind and attentive. He genuinely cares about the quality and taste of his dishes, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. He personally comes to check in and always asks if there’s something special he can prepare for us. His dedication and passion are truly commendable. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We had booked suite,no welcome greeting like taj , it was just a 3 star hotel , u will have to go to reception and stand their and fulfill their all formalities at counter. I had visited many taj but never had such bad experience while check in. Got room , first room was smelling very bad like it was not opened for months after complaining we were given another untidy and unmaintained room, limited options in breakfast menu, room Service very poor and late and sent incomplete order. And property is not like any other TAJ , it's has just got affiliated. I would say its 3 star property Trip type Vacation Travel group Family

The moment you enter you realise that the only thing wow about this place is the name. Beyond that it is pretty average and the entire peacock theme is a bit too much. Open-Atrium style design does make it look big and the natural light makes it pleasant but the forced peacock inspired patterns are worse than a polyester saree with tacky golden swatches. Apparently it is an ode to the dwindling (now almost gone) population of the Indore peacocks. As for the staff, they are constantly underperforming and the moment you complain they will keep calling again and again like a toxic ex with zero accountability. The one spa bed is decent and the gym is good too. Breakfast is average and they make sure that if you order an egg white omlette, they will replace the cholesterol with two extra spoons of oil. Will I stay again? Sure. When on a work trip who really cares. But is it worthy of being called a 5 star property? Definitely not.
