⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a pleasant stay at WOW Crest by IHCL. The location is excellent, especially for travelers looking to stay close to the airport without venturing too far into the city. One of the first things I noticed and really liked was the pleasant fragrance throughout the property, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was courteous and attentive. During breakfast, the team regularly checked in to ensure guests were comfortable and had everything they needed, which added a personal touch to the experience. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the rooms and washrooms are on the smaller side. Apart from that, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient hotel near the airport. Nice stay with breakfast. Rooms were clean. Breakfast has multiple options having good hospitality specially from Mr Vinay. Room service are ok. One little improvement is required for room service. Water bottle should be refilled without asking hotel staff after cleaning and should have fragrance while entering the room. Extremely humiliating experience. My relative was denied visitation access to my room at 7:00 PM. The Duty Manager, Sunandita Mishra, is not aware of the customer rights. According to her, visitors are restricted to the lounge or reception areas. It appears that she is not aware of the company policies, as when I requested to see the written policy, I was informed that it could not be disclosed. My company's policy permits visitors until 9:00 PM, a fact I communicated to the manager. It is imperative that management demonstrates a more professional demeanor and possesses a comprehensive understanding of established policies. The arrogance was not appreciated. I would not recommended this hotel. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4

Had a wonderful stay at WOW Crest, Indore. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the hospitality throughout was exceptional. A special mention to the security staff who were always courteous, warm and extremely helpful. The highlight of our stay was the chef Vinay, who went out of his way to make every meal special for us, especially for my son. He would even make adorable Mickey Mouse pancakes just to make him smile and also have conversations about what we enjoy eating and he would always surprise us. Such thoughtful gestures truly made our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so comfortable and cared for. Looking forward to visiting again! An Unforgettable 50th Birthday Celebration! I recently stayed at the Wow Crest Hotel in Indore, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The team truly went above and beyond to make my stay special, especially since I was celebrating my 50th birthday. A massive thank you to the housekeeping team, who surprised me by beautifully decorating my room with balloons and arranging a complimentary birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful, heartwarming gesture that made me feel incredibly welcome right from the moment I walked in. Another major highlight was the hospitality at breakfast. A special shoutout to Steward Nelima and Chef Vinod for making every morning session so enjoyable and memorable. Their warm service, attentive care, and genuine hospitality really stood out and started my days on the perfect note. The entire staff's dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable.
