A Wonderful Pet-Friendly Stay at Wow Crest, Indore with Our Dog Misha! Our recent stay at Wow Crest, Indore, IHCL SeleQtions was truly delightful and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. A special mention to Priyadarshini and the Front Office team for ensuring a smooth arrival and check-in process. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel valued and comfortable right from the start. The food and beverage experience throughout our stay was exceptional. The culinary offerings were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, and the service was prompt, courteous, and attentive. Ankush and the entire F&B team deserve appreciation for maintaining such high standards of quality and service, making every dining experience memorable. Our room was extremely comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully maintained. As pet lovers, we especially appreciated the pet-friendly environment and the well-equipped amenities that enhanced our stay. Sandeep and the Housekeeping team did a wonderful job ensuring the room remained spotless and welcoming at all times. The spa experience was another highlight of our visit. Ritu, the Spa Therapist, provided a very relaxing treatment with excellent technique and professionalism, creating a calming and rejuvenating experience that we truly enjoyed. Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Vidish Mhatre, the General Manager, for leading such a fantastic property. His leadership is clearly reflected in the high standards of service, the warmth of the staff, and the overall excellence of the hotel. "I had a very bad experience staying at WOW Crest Hotel. The lady manager there was very rude. First, she took my payment and ID card and gave me a room. I was with my younger sister, and I told her I'd provide her ID later, to which she agreed. When I reached the room, I saw they'd given an interconnected room. When I went to reception to talk about it, she was very rude, saying they couldn't provide another room, and again demanded my sister's ID. I reminded her I'd said I'd provide it later, but she refused to let me into the room I'd already paid for. I argued, saying I'd paid for it, but she said it didn't matter, and I couldn't stay without showing my sister's ID. Also, when we were checking in, we called ahead to confirm room availability, and they said yes, but we ended up waiting 2 hours for a room." Trip type Business Travel group Family

Stayed one night at Indore IHCL while our drive from Nanded/Hyderabad. Very enthusiastic to explore and see Indore’s hospitality but was let down very soon. Had stayed in more than 10 Taj and IHCl locations but this was the first location that asked to send “complimentary” milk for kids on chargeable basis. My 2 year old is a heavy milk drinker that means he drinks milk like water and this was the first hotel in one-month road trip journey of ours that had questions as to why I need this amount of milk. Not that I cannot pay for the milk but where was the hospitality? Where was the IHCL policy of complimentary milk/food options for kids? This hotel is deemed to be 5-star hotel but there was no one at the breakfast buffet to greet you, get you seated and ask if we need anything. The manager on buffet service seems to be in hurry, may be he had a train to catch. He was trying to wrap up everything even before time. IHCL Wow crest, your guests are sitting, they are having the first meal of the day, please dont make them feel hurried. Hospitality job is not for everyone so manager(buffet) please find a new job if you are not meant for this. Next, we booked the hotel on Taj App and accidentally put 1 adult and the staff took extra 1500 for another adult buffet breakfast. I ordered a masala dosa in breakfast more likely a minion masala dosa and wait till you see the filling in the dosa. Checkout the picture attached. I had a 1500 rs dosa lol. The two stars that I gave is for the gate staff for their 5 star service. They were very courteous and helped us with the luggage and were smiling which was a rare sight in this hotel🙂 Trip type Vacation Travel group Family
