The food is good, but that is the only good thing about this place. The service is absolutely terrible. I have seen better service at road side dhabas than at aqua. They took half an hour to get the menu and another 45 mins to get a single dish. The waiter forgot our order, and we had to ask for a menu for 5 times. If anyone is thinking of coming to this restaurant, kindly cancel your plans and make something instead.
New hotel with inexperienced staff. Youbgot to be patient with them. Didnt see e seniors guiding them but appear on escalation. Wish they focus on prevention than cure. The room allotted was above their bar and on Saturday, they played such loud music that it became unbearable. They did offer to change the room but not at 10PM... Feel they're not very conscious of customer experience. Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3 Rooms Avoid staying over weekends. Nearby activities A mall is nearby but never ventured out. Walkability They've a good parking space that is really good for walks in the morning and evening. Wishbthey had some greenery Food & drinks Great Food Noteworthy details Nothing extraordinary but its decent and would have probablybrated 4* but for the loud sound
