The rooms do not have a Smart TV, which is very disappointing in today's time. Lighting is dim with a dull theme, and the AC controls are inconvenient. Rooms are not soundproof, and the à la carte menu has very limited options. Breakfast timings are enforced too strictly, with no flexibility. To add to the experience, the reception staff was very rude in their response. Overall, this hotel is not at all family-friendly. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

The Stay was most comfortable, right from the front desk, to hospitality in dining areas and concierge services were excellent too, worth recommending to family and friends and personally i also look forward to yet another stay at The Park Indore, My Best Wishes. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Location: Very good. It’s right in Connaught Place, close to shopping, markets, landmarks like Jantar Mantar. • Style & Ambience: The design gets praised — modern, stylish blend of natural materials, artwork, the restaurant / dining spots are well regarded. • Dining Options: Multiple upmarket restaurants & bars; various cuisines and good ambience. Nice hotel... small rooms but cozy

I’ve come here and gotten a stay. It’s been the worse experience right from the spa to the room. They have played loud music in aqua leaving their own guests unable to get any sleep. Inspite of several complaints they continued playing the music. The spa oh my god. It’s terrible. Pathetic. The massage is pathetic. If you’re coming to the spa. Their steam room has a glass door which faces the restaurant and pool. They expect women to walk in bathrobe to the steam room inspite of several men sitting. Worst part the masseuse itself is telling don’t go because men and women will come to use toilets here as it’s a party day!
