We had brunch at Epicentre Restaurant, and the food was amazing and delicious. Everything, from the starters to the main course, was outstanding, and the desserts had a wide variety of options with great taste. In terms of hospitality, we received warm and attentive service from Mr. Bhavesh and Ms. Suman. Additionally, the Sous Chef, Mr. Pintu, also provided excellent and friendly service. Had a dinner at Aqua, the restaurant is roof top but the music is so loud on weekends that it feels like you are sitting in a shady pub- total mood killer. We booked a table online yet they didn’t honor the reservation and asked us to wait outside for 30 mins, when I asked if we could sit at the bar, the staff denied that at first- the staff didn’t even know industry standard practice of guests waiting at the bar counter till the table is arranged. This wasn’t even the worst part, the worst thing was food- oily unauthentic ramen, bland pizza with no hint of pesto and sushi which didn’t taste like sushi at all. If you’re a big hotel chain, least I would expect is decent food. Don’t waste your money here.
