We booked night dining for Aqua on 22.07.25. But the service at the restaurant is not upto the mark. The Aqua is only for the bar customers. They don't server normal food like main course, roti etc. When we requested for the same they they denied that it can't be served in Aqua. Also they don't allow to go to other restaurant saying that it was full. We left without taking main course. So Park hotel might be good for those customers who are staying in hotel but for dine in customers not recommended. Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 5
The service was beyond excellent. Loved my stay and they packed a very nice breakfast as I had to leave at 4am. The best part was they added my favourite dish bacon strips to the bag. The service is staff is brilliant. I would like to apprecate shubham for his excellent housekeeping service. All the staff are very friendly. The hotel is near two malls which makes it very convenienr to go shopping. The location is far n secluded area. The hot kettle is rusted from the mouth !! The mugs had dust n grime. Shower gel bottles are attacked to wall n not filled not the bottle pump works. Nobody cares if you tell them this . They will endlessly call for small bills like 750 -1200 rs. The check in was delayed coz they failed to have my booking information. Though my payment we fully made the staff still followed me on my checkout . When I complained a female staff at the reception was gigling at me . The park be it any city is known for these kind of antics . Strongly nvr recommending this hotel. I had a fantastic stay at the property. Right from check in until the time i checked out, staff at each section was so courteous,hospitable and soft spoken. Food in the restaurant was also delicious abd requisite. I strongly recommend people visiting indore to come and stay at The Park, Indore.
