Ginger Indore

Rooms are not spacious at all, however equipped with all basic amenities including small refrigerator. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good but with very limited options. Service staff was decent however person at reception desk were not very hospitable. CCD is located on the basement of this hotel and Shoppers Stop is also nearby. Travel group Family

I'm writing this review after staying at Ginger for a month. The hotel is situated above Shoppers Top at 5th Floor. The rooms are comfortable with all the facilities you can ask for. Their service is top notch. If you need anything, they'd be at your doorstep the next moment. It is located in the midst of the city which makes it convenient to travel. The only issue I faced was wrt food. Since I was there for over a month, it was the same food everyday which made it hard for me. Their lift is too slow which makes it arduous to move up and down. But if you're planning to hit the place for a short span then it would be a perfect stay! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4

The corridor is full of smoke smell. The rooms are very small and have ventilation issues. The room service especially the reception has lot of issues. The beddings are old and really uncomfortable. They are curved from center because of which I suffered back pain. Its hard to believe such poor service, unfriendly reception, stinking corridors with cigarette smells from brand like Ginger. Please think twice before you visit and especially with your family. The service for the hotel is pathetic. The front office staff is confused and don't know what to be done. On the check in day the staff asked me to pay the and then informed me about the same day check in and check out after the payment. During checkout the staff was preoccupied and was not able to understand anything. Rooms are tiny. Before it starts it gets finished off. It's a very basic property without any amenities. Positive points 1. Hotel is clean maintained 2. Service is faster 3. Breakfast is decent with 4-5 items Minus 1. Rooms are very small 2. You get a feeling of staying in a hostel 3. Only 1 lift is operational which is very very slow 4. No lobby at all.. Reception area has plastic chairs for anyone to wait or meet For the same pricing, U hv better properties in Indore.

Very bad service - Centralized booking system was down. They don't have your booking details. After showing booking email they allocate room without key allocation. Inside room - no towels - need to ask for that. Room booking was done with master bed. The room provided was with separate beds. After asking they could manage 1 room while the booking is for 2 rooms with queen beds. Hotel is on main road. Rooms are Noisy rooms with no possibility of soundproofing windows.
