Ginger Indore

Stranded amongst wedding seaaon in indore, no rooms were available anywhere else in indore, we made this choice out of compulsion and not by choice. Rooms are for business class and not for family for sure. Small rooms but neat and clean. Staff is cooperative and managing great with available resources. Elevator is lil slow and sometimes at the entrance lobby stinks. Restaurant is managed greatly by sushant. Delicious breakfast. Nice spread at buffet breakfast. Idli and poha are common items. Other keeps on changing. No complaints. House keeping is also great. Makes ur room clean and neat. Mr Ajay Bidwal heading the house keeping. Abhishek at reception is great. Ginger, Indore is a typical economy hotel with budget rooms. If you are just gonna spend night within budget then the hotel is just fine. If you are looking for an experience you certainly have better options. Rooms were very much compact, though neat and clean. Service was good as expected. Breakfast was average. The entrance of the hotel is at the back, the only idea about existence of this hotel on AB road is due to small ginger billboard hanging out. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 3

Recenly stayed at this hotel. Location, Buffet Breakfast and staffs were excellent. I would like to thank the hotel manager, Naveen for allowing us the extended hours without extra cost. Ginger Indore is my favorite place hotel, I have been a regular during my work trips even during the renovation period when the place was quite chaotic. The staff are superb, diligent & ever smiling - Ishu, Sangita, Vinay, Muskan & led by Sushant - Manager are the few names I've encountered. The hospitality and property are both excellent. Too small and basic a room. The bathroom was too crammed for comfort. Disappointed with the size of the room. Also basic amenities needed to be asked for (like buckets and mugs) or were chargeable (dental kit). No bell boy for luggage, it was self-service although the people there did help if asked for. Hotel reception itself is on 5th floor which is a bit annoying if you are coming after a king travel and have to wait for the lift. Entrance is not appealing. However, on the other hand, there were clear indicators of what is chargeable and what is not. The room included complex bottled water (2 litres per day). Service was very prompt. The staff was very helpful. They helped us with the map and also let us keep our baggage there post checkout. Location is a bit far from the places but good connectivity through rapido. Affordable, worthwhile and well located. I booked this hotel based on the reviews and it’s location and I was really glad of my selection. The hotel service is very good. Room was clean and tidy and had all the amenities needed. Though I didn’t eat here but I believe the food must be good too. I would really love to stay here every time I have to stay in Indore, because they have all you can get in this much price.

We stayed at Hotel Ginger in Indore from 16th to 17th September. Indore was facing ,never before, heavy rains and was almost flooded. We reached an hour before the checking in time and was pleasantly surprised when they smilingly accommodated us. The front desk especially Ankit and his team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even extended our checkout time to 2 pm seeing the weather conditions. Staff including the restaurant staff is very courteous and cooperative. This is the first time that we stayed in this chain but surely we will like to repeat the experience. Food is good. We ordered lunch here and evening snacks were also good. Breakfast buffet is good but the spread is somewhat limited.
