Ginger Indore

We stayed with our family for two nights at Ginger-Indore. The staff was incredibly cooperative and polite, which made our stay pleasant. The highlight was the wide variety of breakfast options available. However, we found the location to be a bit distant from the main attractions in Indore, which was the only downside. It's worth mentioning that they offer rooms equipped with bathrooms designed for the convenience of handicapped individuals and senior citizens. I was on my trip to indore from 28th to 31st march . staff was very co-operative specially to quote Vaishnavi Gupta ... who always around when you need any thing .... overall my trip and stay was very good . Disappointing Experience: Rude Staff and Poor Hospitality A huge disappointment and a blunder. Please consider better options in Vijay Nagar. Staying at a hotel is about hospitality and experience, both of which are severely lacking here. The staff is rude and uncooperative, and no one greets you with the usual courtesy found at hotels. The rates are not transparent and they are not ready to show the Tariff list. There were huge discrepancies in booking amount (offline vs online (even after excluding discounts)) . After check-in, no one assists with your baggage or shows you to your room. They clearly do not care about customer experience or retention. It's hard to believe this establishment is run by the esteemed Tata Group. I've stayed at other Ginger hotels without issues, but my two stays in Indore were terrible, with a pathetic experience. Hotel staff, food and ambience are excellent. Although the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, the food, ambience and hospitality more than makes up for it. Evven if you are travelling in the early parts of the mornings for Darshan, they arrange food accordingly on demand. Do reach out to Santhosh and Vinay for any requirements! A clean and comfortable accommodation at an outstanding location. Might be difficult to find as it is on the backside of Shoppers Stop and Reception is on 5th floor. Lift is only mode of access. Staff is very friendly. Might not be suitable with family with kids as it is more of a business travelers hotel. Breakfast was also delicious with a number of varieties. Location is very good. View from the room window is also amazing. Parking also available. Cafe is also beautifully designed and food quality overall is fantastic. Just one problem no staff to carry luggage to room as that's on self service basis. So a person with a lot of luggage may have issues..

Spacious Rooms, Courteous Staff, Hygienic Washrooms. Family, Unmarried Couples and Solo travelers all are welcome. Food quality was good, they do not have room service for breakfast and you have to compulsorily choose the buffet option, but you can order food from outside. Travel group Solo Rooms: 4 Service: 4
