We stayed here for one night. The location is slightly confusing as it’s behind Shoppers Stop. The reception is at 5th floor. When you enter security will guide you towards reception. We had booked for queen bed room but unfortunately due to error between Neu and Ginger we were given twin bed which was joined to make one large bed. The hot water kettle was dirty and there was no door mat. I highlighted for the same upon check in but got it only by next day after reminder. There is common area to press clothes and refill water. The buffet breakfast was good. Beds are comfortable. They will charge for toiletries. Staff are courtesies. I would like to thank Asmita from Tata Neu customer service and Manager of Ginger for accommodating my error and graciously accepting my request to change check in date. If you are a business traveler or pleasure traveler and looking for a decent place to sleep / bath then I recommend this place. 2 star is for the blunder staff created during check out. They added tea bill of some other room to my room. When inquired they didn't have the trace who ordered it or how was it ordered. Also for my colleague they printed wrong address and gstin. Management should really have accountable and responsible people on desk. People at the desk are simply clueless when asked about how do you trace who has ordered. Really pathetic. That my check out already late. Rooms are quite smaller ,services are good but location is superb.Hotels rooms are at 7th floor and views from windows are outstanding. Secondary their scenic restaurant ,increase stars on location. Room cleanliness is good. Optimised room size. Ambience is good. There is no table in room. Very old air conditioner. They give room key without activation. The hotel is situated in a good location The staff was very cooperative especially the housekeeping staff Ajay & Ramchandra did a superb job for room cleaning. Stayed at Room No. 134 located at 6th floor. The hotel is under renovation. Overall experience was good, recommended to family as well as solo travelers.
