Hi, I wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible service provided by Mytvs Automobile Indore, an authorized service dealer for Tata cars, and specifically thank #HarishBabu and the his entire team. I faced a challenging issue with my car (MP04ZE2579) and, despite visiting numerous Tata dealers in Indore and Bhopal, the problem remained unresolved. However, Mytvs Automobile took my car in, fixed the issue, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and helpfulness throughout the process. Their service staff ensured complete comfort and transparency, allowing me to observe the work being done on my car. Special thanks to the service manager Mr. Harish Babu who truly understood my concerns and worked diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. His transparent communication and efforts to get parts approved, despite some service history issues, were commendable. I had given my car for servicing my TVS Tata Musakhedi in Indore. First of all he made me note down all the charges and also told me that the 3rd servicing is free. Car cleaning was not done properly. While delivering the car he said that if you had got the cleaning done properly then its charge is separate; in free service we just deliver the car like this. The service manager here Mr. Harish, whom I called outside, was sitting in the office but did not receive the call. When I called at the reception he said sir is busy in a meeting. After leaving the office for 5 minutes Harish ji went home but did not respond to the call. After that I also sent him the photo on WhatsApp but even after seeing it there was no reply from him. He did not respond to the call. Then I also sent him the photo on WhatsApp but even after seeing it, there was no reply from him.

Very bad service they delay in service and their team is not experienced if you take claim and they delay in parts order
