They damage car products like mating etc and on confrontation they say that it was like this before. It was already in bad condition. We didn't do anything. I didn't like this behaviour.

There were 4 complementary services provided amongst which also a basic car wash wasn’t done. Very bad experience

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent car service regarding the charges. The website clearly mentioned Rs. 3,398 including labour, and I also had a PolicyBazaar labour waiver voucher. Before visiting the service centre, I even confirmed with customer care, and they told me the total cost would be around Rs. 2,000. But when I reached the service centre, the in-charge said the cost would be Rs. 4,000, and finally I was billed Rs. 5,270. They even charged Rs. 1,200 just to apply tape on a wire, a job that local garages do for around Rs. 300. This feels completely misleading. If I had known the actual cost in advance, I would never have chosen this service. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and the way customers are misled. I will not be coming back and will not recommend this service to others.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that my Vehicle Tata Curvv, Pure + S, Petrol model has been sent to myTVS Tata Service Centre, Musakhedi, Indore (MP) dated 06/12/2025. Vehicle was picked and dropped door to door. Recently during car washing i found that central key lock beneath the flush handle (driver door side) has missing which was stolen at workshop during service. I know you its too late to report but i am writing this to prevent any other customers to face these kind of issues. This lock can not been seen very easily as we are operating door locks from power keys. I request to all the customers who have serviced their vehicles from here please check your locks.

A lady called me gave me major service estimate of Rs. 7,500 approx (after discount), she insisted there workshop is new so I will get the best service. After sending my car at workshop their service person called me and said there are more work to be done in car so estimate is 12,700.I found the rates difference in both the estimates (for air filter) earlier lady gave me 550 rs. And new person gave me 860. When I asked they gave me a lame excuse that lady gave me cost for other variant (whereas before calling to customer they have all the details available). After service when I got my car back I found few things in car like "car shampoo, tyre polish, windshild washer". Am I supposed to apply these by myself ! Top of that they have charged me all these things in the invoice ( I never asked for these things). When I asked them again service person called me and explained while service they use these items from workshop side and give additinally to the customer also if someone want to use at home. Hellooo..why are you charging than ??. I don't know about the service as I have not checked it. But they sent me videos of service which I found satisfactory. Their car cleaning I found pathetic. No polish on fiber parts. Dust was on seats cornors etc. as a courtesy service person called me again today morning and said they accept the laps in cleaning and requested to come to service center again for washing. Seriously! Am I going to drive 46km again ? For the work you supposed to do in one go. PLEASE LEVEL UP YOUR SERVICES ELSE YOU WILL BE LOOSING CUSTOMERS. I have learnt my lesson.
