Very good service and they have experienced staff. I always look for Mr. Harprit Singh for his assistance. They also have free pick and drop facility amd road side assistance so it become really convenient for me. Over any local mechanic they have automatic machinery so it takes less time to service and they always use genuine parts for repairs. Multiple payment options like cash, UPI and even Card payment makes it easy for me as I generally pay via my CC. Services General repairs & maintenance

First of all i gave the vehicle for repair as it was a cashless garage..after 20 days they couldn’t procure parts to replace..then it was discussed that we can make all repair works at the company service centre and pay in full and he will assist me with reimbursement of claim…when the work was done …he denied clearly ..mr rohit is the guy who did all this..not picking up phone and not replying on group also is a normal thing for them..!! Thanks for all mental harassment and wasting time

I have been received vehicle- Venue from "My TVS Ki Mobility Solutions" with Fantastic & Excellent repair work. Delivery has been delay due to some policy registration / M Parivahan updation pending but I am satisfied with the job as all work done well. Garage Team & Policy Relationship Manager always helping during the repair work and update me all necessary things.

You got all information during the trial and physical check so you'r already cleared on the budget part, no extra cost than the company show room, work was satisfactory and in case any minute issue at any place of indore address by experts technical team on priority, overall experience in my both honda and maruti is good, I am also promoting to my other coliguue and they are also very satisfied with the quality of work and expenses occured.

Good service. But I mentioned few complaints in the vehicle before the servicing. They did not resolve. The AC blower was making noise. They told it will be cleaned and checked. They returned the vehicle but the problem was not resolved. They did not even mention that of something is wrong and can be done by them or need to check with other repair shops. Headlights were working fine before service but after the service it was not working in high beam. My car dustbin lid was not present when the vehicle was received. I know personal items should be removed first but the dustbin was attached. It's lid was lost during the service.

Pathetic and poor service, highly unprofessional behaviour by Parasram Rajpoot. He also has multiple excuses related to delayed service payment refund and quality of service... I received my car after 25 days where they committed 8 to 10 days. They ask to pay the amount to their account (a lady's personal UPI number) instead to pay to the company's account number stating that it will help you to get the refund quickly but still I am following up from them to get my money back wherein the insurance company has already made the payment to them. Very poor service Highly unprofessional staff Not recommended at all if you value you vehicle and time
