The workshop was very spacious and repair work is finely done for my car. They repaired my car within 2 days on claim but the claim approver delayed it in giving DO. Advisor parsram rajpoot ji has made the process very easy and transparent, by making a whatsap group of car repair in which all staff working on my car was added and daily report with pictures are shared.

This is my review based on the 1st service with myTVS. I own a Maruti Suzuki SX4. I had installed the app and booked a service. A representative called me next day and arranged for pick up of my vehicle. After the vehicle was inspected by Service Manager he gave me call and asked me of specific issues, which i did list. There were updates provided at regular intervals as well as estimates were provided and approval was requested for same. The service of the vehicle was top notch, it was well taken care of. All the complaints were attended. The reason for taking off 1 star is - They did not return the car bac on promised date, it was delayed for 5 hours (Came next day morning) and one fix, which they fixed (but not charged) did not last long. I would surely go for my next service with them. Keep up the good work.
