I recently visited RR Service Center, Bhamori, Indore regarding a speedometer issue on my bike. During my previous visit (2 weeks ago), I was informed that the speedometer needs to be replaced, but the part was not available at that time. I was asked to come back once the part is available. However, when I visited again today, I was made to wait in the regular service queue along with new customers, even though this was a pending issue already identified by their team. This is disappointing, as follow-up cases should be handled with better priority and coordination. Customers should not be made to wait again for issues that were already diagnosed earlier. I hope the management improves their process for handling repeat visits and pending work.

One of the worst service centers I’ve ever dealt with. I gave my bike for a routine service in perfectly fine condition, and they completely messed it up. Rear brakes started screeching even when they are not applied, the bike wobbles with a pillion, and it even skids while braking at low speed. I’ve visited three times in just 15 days and the problem is STILL not resolved. The staff clearly has no idea what they’re doing. There’s no proper appointment system, calls are never answered, and the app always shows bookings full. In reality, everyone is just standing around in a long queue with bike numbers written in chalk. Absolute circus, zero professionalism. Save your time, money, and sanity. Avoid this clowns. A local street mechanic would do a far better and safer job.

Very disappointing experience at the Royal Enfield workshop. The staff was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the service took much longer than promised. Even after servicing, the issues with my bike were not properly resolved, and I had to visit the workshop multiple times for the same problem. The service advisors showed little interest in customer concerns, and there was a lack of transparency regarding the work performed and charges applied. I expected much better service from a premium brand like Royal Enfield. Unfortunately, many customer complaints online mention similar problems such as unresolved issues, delays, poor communication, and unsatisfactory service quality. � Consumer Complaints +1 Rating: ⭐ 1/5 I would not recommend this workshop and hope Royal Enfield takes stronger action to improve customer service and workshop quality.

Hi, Before I gave my bike for service, all the indicators were working properly. After the service, the front right indicator stopped working. I was out of town for personal reasons, so I visited today, and now I’m being told that the indicator wire is cut and the whole indicator needs to be replaced. However, this issue was not present before the service. It clearly occurred during or after the service work. In this situation, I don’t think it’s fair for me to bear the cost of something that was working earlier. I have already paid ₹6500 for the service, and I should not be asked to pay extra for a fault that is not from my side.

Very well serviced and each checkpoint was addressed. The few guys who are given the Himalayans knew the bike really well and gave genuine suggestions on what to be done and what not. My bike was done by Mr. Mohsin. Great experience will definitely recommend RR for service related issues.

Making customers stand and wait for 1–2 hours with absolutely no service, no updates, and no basic coordination is completely unacceptable. This is not just poor service—it clearly shows a serious lack of management, responsibility, and respect for people’s time. There was no proper communication, no staff accountability, and no effort to handle the situation in a professional manner. Standing there for so long with my son, without any clarity or assistance, was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. No customer should be treated this way. This kind of careless, disorganized, and irresponsible behavior reflects very poorly on your entire system. It feels like customers’ time and presence simply do not matter at all. This issue needs to be taken seriously and addressed immediately. Fix your service standards, improve staff coordination, and ensure proper customer handling—because this level of service is unacceptable and should not be repeated with anyone else.
