Very bad experience I got the rear brake pads replaced and the noise is coming from them. I told you at the service centre that they even repaired it but it has come back now.

Worst experience from the service centre and the manager They doesn’t even knows the meaning of appointment I got appoint for morning 11:45 AM By appointment I reached at 11:30 AM They clearly denied to place bike for service and said it’s first come first serve, means the one who came early then me will get his bike serviced first, Then what is the meaning of Appointment? Any sense ? They took my bike at 2:30 PM 3 hours later then booked appointment. Raised complaint online and email support, but no one cares of customer facing on the spot. At last they will send apology email and sorry for inconvenience, there job is done.

Kunal the superior he is very humble and talk very politely ❤️ deserves appreciation.. but on the other hand the guy on the billing counter he is very rude and I asked him very politely that i have card can I payment he is behaving rude just by that 30 min wait uske baad krunga and some other unprofessional words !! Please change that guy

These guy don't do nothing to the bike they will take 3000 rs just to wash your bike and give it back

The service is terrible. Compared to before, one has to wait for a very long time now. It remains excellent only for the first 3 or 4 services; after that, the service becomes extremely poor.

Bill hone k baad jo service evaluation karta h vo bhi bahar jakar extra personal amount ask kar raha tha ye bolkar ye mene apne pass s lagwai h ye chiz ye mujhe personal pay kardo, wahhh very good👏 Brand ka Naam kharab krte h ese staff. Very unprofessional behaviour took 2 months to complete the bike, no sense of responsibility and delayed the services again and again and then if any damage caused by them they blame you for that without knowing. Really disappointed with yeh services. Suggest not to visit here.

This has been the most disappointing service experience of my life. I’ve owned and ridden bikes from many brands, but nothing compares to how let down I feel with Royal Enfield. What I once expected to be a pride of ownership has turned into the worst experience among all What you will fix now ? Will you provide me my time they wasted even after appointment I booked ?
