Bohat he ghatiya service center hai...na to service advisers ko koi knowledge hai aur na he mechanics ko...meri gadi 6th mnt purani hai usme battery fuse box ka issue hai aur adviser bol rha hai ki battery khrab hai change krna padegi jabki battery check ki to battery ek dum sahi hai..na to service thik se karte hai aur na he customer ke issue par focus....one word main bole to usless service 🥵😡

Pathetic service and let me know you guys how. I just got my full bike serviced over there and agreed onto whatever changes they have told me to inside my bike. I have purchased my bike in 2019. The staff over there was so dismannerful. They gave me back my bike in 6 hours and payed them 4500rs for there service. I went back to home after taking the delivery. When I was travelling next day for rakhi celebration to meet my sister the bike's engine was getting on/off suddenly and I didn't understood the reason after few seconds there was a burning flame in it and when I got it checked by one of my colleagues and came on conclusion that they haven't even refilled the engine oil. After letting them know the next day they checked it back and there was just 200 grams of engine oil in it. They are not accepting that they haven't changed the engine oil and are telling me that your bikes battery is now dead and you need to change it. Never ever book your bike service over such places.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with RR Automotive. The service was subpar, and the staff was unprofessional and rude at every turn. I experienced several delays, even for simple issues that should have been handled swiftly. It’s disappointing to deal with such a lack of efficiency and courtesy. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this service center to anyone.

Services are much better than other sevice centres

Very unprofessional work pathetic customer service I have opted for the combo package and when I visited for my combo package second service they ask me to come next day and they book my appointment and when I visited next day they clearly denied mentioning that in these services centre their is no use of taking appointment, secondary the representative are so rude and unprofessional they even not responding properly just acting like they have lots of work, they didn't even listen to me at all and simply denied my bike servicing. Hi after multiple reminders not getting the the bill for my services . When ever I call or asked it system is not working . And also no one bother tocall and up date . Review changed as I recived the bill. Looking for new bike New model
