Royal Enfield Service Center - RR Automotive

Very unprofessional work they took about two weeks for an accidental claim and after giving the bike they took 4 day to claim and after the approval they didn't touched my bike for about 5 day and when I ask them daily they give me excuses and they didn't work properly my front shocker is not aligned properly yet and when I asked about it they simply said it is perfect and i ordered my meteor350 meter it is in the warranty and they are not paying any attention towards that too don't take claims from this service centre they are not worth it. Pathetic service and work are done very unprofessionally.

This can be the worst service centre of RE. There are multiple issues. 1) delay: They have very less service engineers. You will be standing there at-least for 1.5-2 hrs just for your turn to get attended. 2) service quality: the quality is also not upto the mark. As I said , very few engineers are there and too many customer to serve. You can understand the quality. 3) irresponsible: They don’t take responsibility or you can say they don’t check the issue properly. They believe in parts changing. 4) arrogant: i found the place itself a bit arrogant in nature. May be because of unprofessional staff. I got stuck there because of AMC stuff. They sell AMC thing and say you can avail this over a year anytime. On my fault, I didn’t read terms and condition and believed in their words while purchasing it. As per condition, if you take first service today, you have to take second service in 6 month. If you go anytime after that, the free service collapse. The problem is that it makes the contract half yearly and not yearly. I have seen RE in other city also, but they don’t sell things like this service centre does. Fake promises. I have seen most of the people who go to this service station is because they purchased a bike from the same owner(RR). I wont recommend this service centre to anyone.

C sa service Centre aur L ki service, management J bara bar, aur communication mere L ka hua… Worst than ever experience and noted my name on done list, completely waste of my 2 hours where I was only waiting and then TT service.

Kamlesh ji makwana is a very gentleman & helpful person in RR service center, I am fully satisfied with this sev.cent.

Very bad never go here they don’t care about your bike they damage my bike

2 din phle madam ne call krke bola tha offer hai 2 service ka amount 1400+ kuch btaya tha or single ka 850 something aaj krwane gye to service wale bhiya bolte wo offer 2 mahine phle band hogya 1050 something lgege single ke…. Bhoot lutmar hai jese pair service start hogi ye sara saman badlwana start kr dege

Poor service. Mechanics are roaming around freely, but they won't take the bike for service. I've been made to wait for 30 minutes.
