Royal Enfield Service Center - RR Automotive

The service centre experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve owned bikes from multiple brands, but Royal Enfield has been the most disappointing of them all. Royal Enfield sucks

Absolutely appalling experience at the Royal Enfield service center! The executives were utterly incompetent, lacking even the basic courtesy to provide proper information or give any attention to my concerns. The bike service was a complete disaster; I had to badger them repeatedly just to get the most trivial things done. Save yourself the headache and avoid this service center at all costs!

बहुत बुरे अनुभव रहा, कार्बेटर सेटिंग, मिसिंग स्ट्रोक जैसी मामूली सेटिंग भी नहीं हो पाती है, लोकल मेकेनिक को ही गाड़ी दिखानी ठीक है। कहने को कम्पनी का सर्विस सेन्टर है लेकिन वास्तविकता बिल्कुल उलट है। हाथ जोड़ों पीछा छोड़ो

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…. The staff is not at all professional. They don’t take responsibility for anything. They did servicing of my Himalayan bike which cost me around 10000 rupees and after frequently visiting the service centre. My bike is still not working properly. Every time I visit center, they order new item. They don’t even know what exactly the problem is. Every order takes around 15-20 days to reach their service centre. They are just wasting time and money of the customer. If u value ur time and money then u should avoid visiting this service center. Services Auto detailing, Battery, Brake service & repair, Carburetor cleaning, Cooling System Repair, Delivery, Dynamometer, Electrical repair, Engine repair, General inspection, Major service, Minor service, Oil change, Pre-purchase inspection, Rear Shocks, Scooters, Steering & suspension repair, Tires, Wheel alignment

Staff is polite and well trained. Some services like polishing is costly and to be honest not worth it but that's just personal preference. Also do keep in mind that there are no payment options available apart from cash and bank transfer although there's a notice on the wall that says you can pay using upi, cards etc etc. So keep some cash handy while visiting.

RR Motors services are the best, the staff is also very supportive.

Worst place for your Bullet. I had experienced twice here. They are not well trained Mechanic who manage the Chain of Bullet. Secondly everytime, you have to send back your bike for cleaning and minor issues. Strongly not recommended
