Amazing experience with Mr. Kamlesh sir, he is Amazing in understanding and resolving the issues to the fullest.Even you might not aware of your original issue with machine however he will take ride to let uh know the issue and get you the best RR engine feel once he find the real issue. They have a good team and are eager to resolve and service ur RR bike.l, uh might have to come twice but yeah that's the end for ur RR issues Futhermost I ll say it is best behaving and professional RR service center in Madhya Pradesh led by amazing employees.

After-sales team response is very pathetic , for long tourers and riders on emergency time @roayalenfield we don’t recommend any our fellow riders to get check up on the go.

Bad experience for this service center I visited this service center on Sunday and after waiting 45 min one person checked my vehicle and he told you will get the byke by evening I was waiting for someone to respond if my byke is service or not and no one responded Second whatever number they mentioned on job card that is not reachable even whatever number they mentioned on Google that was also not reachable then I directly reach the service center on Sunday and that was closed by 6 And on Google they mentioned on Sunday closed by 7:30 pm I came from very long route by Rapido and come to know service centre is closed. Second day I received messages that byke is serviced

Kamlesh ji is highly professional and gives his best possible advise to the customers. I bet you can't have any complaints after you have moved out of the service center. Big thumbs up 👍

They need more professional at their workshop . I had to get my bike's oil changed and the reception guy told me to to keep the bike there for a the day ...like seriously? Full day for 10-15 min oil change job ? Even I went there at 9am and there was no other customer and was ready to wait for even an hour still he denied for oil change. What kind of efficiency is this ?

Bad experience. Staff is not coperative ..yaha mt service krwaiye ye sirf lutne kaa kaam krte h mere classice 350 k aage k break work nhi kr rhe the unhone uske 5500 charges bataye or bahar 250 rs me kaaam ho gya only breakpad kharab the or air BN gyi thi break me.

Inexperienced and over smart incompetent staff n mechanics. Without inspecting they straight away ask you to change the part. No repairing even when it’s possible. They think customer is fool and only they have knowledge abt bikes. Jumping onto conclusions with their own dim witted opinions. Chain main awaaz aari hai clean aur Lube nahin karenge seedha chain set sprocket change. Cone set ka nut loose hai. Seedha bearing change hoga. Ye nahi ki khol ke greasing kare. Really bad customer service and unskilled labour. Supervisor bhi khud ko super smart samajhta hai. Would rather go to Shukla automobiles for their respect towards clients and better job.

Staff is supportive and well mannered. Servicing is timed and you get updates on mobile. Cash, UPI and online transfers only accepted. No mode for card payment available. Should include one.
