Service centre is not at all trustworthy I gave my bike for service after an accident due to which my headlight bowl got cracked but when I went to receive my bike after the service I observed they had neatly pasted a black celotape on the cracked part and had not replaced with a new one when I am paying them for the new one

If you buy a road side assistance then request the team not to assign RR automotive as your service partner. And if by mistake it's assigned make sure to wait hrs and hrs without any response. Even at just 2 km distance from their service centre they are not able to repair a puncture. Really felt bad of spending thousands of rupees on road side assistance from ROYAL ENFIELD @The reputation of company like Royal Enfield is being deteriorated by firm and service centre like these. Suprisingly they call every 2 month for service and when your number pops up for road side assistance they don't bother to serve you. I have been a long lasting customer had 3 very bad experience in past on service centre 1. First experience when they repaired spoke of my ring they left the spoke loose and it caused an accident while with my pregnant wife. It could hv costed many life 2. Put glue based sticker on my bike without even bothering to ask. 3. now this very poor experience of road side assistance service is like final nail in coffin. Bolo ki Malik se baat karwawo to bolte hai Malik thode hi aayenge shop pe manager rakhe hai na inse baat karo. Wah re dhanda karne walo duba do royal Enfield ka naam NEVER going to recommend others for service and even buying

situated at such place where tar roads are not available. starts late always. no facility of card swiping or electronic money transfer. washing quality is also not good. people in washing are new and untrained. need lot of improvement to achieve customer satisfaction. Very Bad Service. Koi na bhi na to Showroom par aur na hi service centre par thik se baat bhi nhi karta aur na hi aapki problem ke baare me puchhta hai. Reception par bhi sabhi log attitude me rahte hai.

Unprofessional people Handling onboarding of the bikes comming for servicing. They don't know how to check the fuse and how to open the headlight. Really disappointing for just one headlight fuse they are asking me to leave the bike for two days. Unprofessional people Handling the machine's sad to see this.
