Royal Enfield Service Center - RR Automotive

Worst service center, 1. Bike wobbling problem is not Shorted , 2. rim alingment it done with installed Tyre tube,, that is not actual process to alingment, 3. There the Air compressor is not available to fill air and check in tyres 4. some parts is not fitted and mentioned in bill ,like only 1 bearing is used in rear wheel and they show 2 bearing in bill, 5. they used burned oil to as lubricant, 6. They mention in jobcard to change breakshoe, but they clean old breakshoe with cotton and assemble, but I noticed at a Time and tell to change. Negative Quality

I have seen lot of negative reviews about this service facility such as road is bumpy, place is not clean etc,etc dude you are visiting mechanic nagar in bhamori,not some fancy ice candy shop in saket or palasia u have to keep this in mind and secondly go there talk to the responsible person and all your queries will be solved,I can’t recommend R R Automotive service enough! The quality, professionalism, and price value can’t be beaten. I’ve been extremely satisfied with the service I booked. On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible by the service manager Mr. Devendra Sen and the entire team. I couldn’t ask for more and I completely trust his expertise based on my experience of the last bike service checks. Positive Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am not that satisfied with the service center. I always have to visit the service center the second time to get the pending work done. You guys need to start focusing more on customer satisfaction than selling bikes at the same time.

Very poor services, they don't deserve even a single star. Creates job purposely and looting the customers. They are damaging the brand image of RE. RE should take appropriate action against such type of cheap service centre.

Very bad service center. They added extra charge in my bill like vehicle polish charge, but they do not done any polish. After billing i m asking why u r added this charge without doing any polish. Service center Manager not give me satisfied answer.I thinks bike showroom is good but service centers or service providers are very bad. This is week points in royal enfield

Very supportive staff. Specially Irfan, he is so fast and clever in his work. Also they made special arrangements for servicing for riders came from outside cities ... Thanks RR enfield showroom for all support
