Playhouse by Essex Farms

I took my 18 months old now for the 4th time. Each time he goes he's experimenting with different things. The helper Didi's are also really good. I would especially like to thank Pooja didi for being involved with my son and helping him do different activities. She's well experienced and knows her job pretty well.

It’s a very nice spacious and safe place for toddlers. The staff is very nice and kind. Bhupender at the cafe specially was hospitable and ensured That we utilise all new games / 3 D well.. thanks

Four stars only because of their staff and the cafe/eating/dinner/party area. The playhouse itself is quite small compared to others like funky lil munchkins, hangout, cubby cove even. But the food portions are beyond amazing between us three (two adults and one three year old) we struggled to finish one portion of their smiley and french fries combo. The cappuccino was also delicious. So if you are looking for some free time with your friends or family while your little one plays under nose- this is perfect. But if your sole purpose if for your little one to have fun with a vast variety of options for the 600 u pay an hour, then you can give this one a skip..

Good place, clean and most important staff and Di's are really good. Took my kid for an hour and is really enjoyed. Thank you to Bhupender and Di's for making the day memorable for her .

Hosted my nephews birthday. Love that its such a family place, along with the Essex farms hospitality and cafe tesu food *drool* . Professional yet with a family always around to take care of the kids :) Plus point here : - Great food, and a pre decorated place where you don't need to do much, full security for kids, valet parking and the only place I came across when we were deciding that had fire safety! (shocking right?) Cons - they work with trusted vendors only and it feels a little expensive when booking, but we did the maths later and it was totally worth it in terms of the offering because we would have paid this in broken/hidden costs at another place too. Happy we booked it :) PS - were planning to go there again just to get playtime with my nephew and nieces because they don't charge per head for adults to walk in/ sit around so we realised its great for family play dates

Wonderful place to take ur toddler. U can sip coffee while they play

Excellent services Fantastic place All the kids and guests loved everything about the place. Our one stop solution was Mr.Manoj who stood with us all through the party taking care of our guests and us. We didn’t need to check anything courtesy him…… Keep it up

Pathetic service. Planned my grand daughters first birthday party here and I thoroughly regret the decision. Devesh promised us time till 3:30pm but started pushing my guests out from 2:30. Service was aweful and managers were rude. I would strongly recommend paying a bit more and going with someone who understands hospitality.

I couldn’t have wished for a better party location for my son’s fifth birthday party than the Playhouse at Essex Farms. If there was a rating higher than five stars, I would have liked to give. To begin with, this catered to both adults and kids entertainment. A play area, lounge, a mix of indoor and outdoor arrangement makes it an ideal location for any event. So what do I say about the catering. OUT OF THE WORLD. I can’t remember last when I had such excellent food and snacks anywhere else. The flavours, the quality, freshness were simply mind blowing. Burgers, pizzas, fries, vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks and main menu items were all mind blowing. The variety of mocktails as well as the sangrias kept both the kids and adults quenched. The live music (the singer was damn good, my apologies as I don’t remember his name) kept the party spirit alive and high and had the guests dancing and tapping to his soulful Bollywood songs. In the larger scheme of things, let me also not forget to mention how clean and hygienic everting was including the restrooms. Another great advantage of Playhouse Essex is the ease of doing business under one roof. All their vendors have one hell of a quality of service . I have to particularly commend the decorator (Sameer) who put up the Superhero theme for us. Really livened up the place as if one was really in the world of superheros. And our photographer who really captured our these memorable moments and special day and handed over to us straight after the party. Aakshi is now my favourite Wonder Woman who facilitated in overall coordination and scheduling of the event including putting us through all vendors under one roof Also Manoj who gave us excellent support and overseeing our event and ensuring everybody was looked after. All other staff, bartenders and serving staff was courteous and well mannered. You want to make your child happy and have a good time yourself, don’t think twice. Just go for Playhouse at Essex

The payment which is shown in there site is totally wrong , it’s 1000 per child not 650-700. And 1000 is not worth it for that small space area. And they don’t even mention that socks is mandatory in play area. So we have to buy socks from there . It’s not worth 1000+ 120(socks) for that place .
