Playhouse by Essex Farms

I was really looking forward to bringing my child, who was just a few days away from turning one, to this highly acclaimed soft play area. Despite my little one's previous experiences at play areas worldwide, this visit turned out to be our most disappointing one. Even though my child was in the care of her nanny, the staff didn't allow her to play much to my surprise, they even attempted to have my baby go with their nany which would be fine if the child was older child but being with a stranger at this age was tormenting. I was informed that the nanny couldn't accompany the baby upstairs, so she was restricted to playing on the basic matt for the full fee. To my dismay, another family arrived later, and their nanny or accompanying adult was permitted to engage in all the activities my baby was barred from. Their reasoning? Because they were the owners or related. This glaring disparity left me disheartened. Owners should set the standard for the experiences they offer, and in this case, it was disheartening to see my baby unhappy and my nanny treated unfairly.

Good evening! I wanted to thank the members of the PlayHouse for the help extended during my daughter's birthday party. First of all, Manoj and his team, especially Mohommad provided phenomenal support. Whatever, I needed was well taken care of and immediately. Anand provided all the details about the venue on time plus his polite behavior was well-appreciated by all of us. Lastly, Aakshi provided good suggestions in terms of the food menu. The food and snacks were appreciated by my guest. Overall it was well organized and everyone enjoyed the ambiance, food, play zone, etc. Thank you for your attention to detail an for your efforts. I will keep this venue in mind for such events.

One of the pathetic customer experience. I planned outing with 2.5 year old son. Was refused at the entry that party is going on and was told to leave my son along with a stranger care take for 1 hour. Not giving few minutes to settle him down. To all the parents how can you leave children with a stranger with no camera access and no transparency. Any other parents, your comments

Playhouse games are good. And managing team is another level attitude, like they are not willing to talk even. 750 is fees for playhouse. 1000 for both playhouse and screen play. They said 1000 you have to pay weather you opt other or not ? It's only for high profile people..middle class people no value .

Would just like to say a huge thank you to you and your team for making my son's birthday party so special, we had an amazing time. All of the other parents were very impressed with the venue and how well the party ran, I’m sure a few will definitely be looking at hosting there kids parties at playhouse

It's a great place for the kids and mums to bond and have a good time together. However, I felt they should come up with more attractive packages and offer discounts on the 2nd hour. 1200 for 2 hours feels a bit too much as 1 hour is never enough for the kids

We went there without socks and were sent back with a refund, they insisted on us buying socks for the parent and child because they believe that wearing sweaty socks that have been worn all day in the 42 degree Delhi heat is more "hygienic". We however succumbed and bought socks, but our 2 year old refused to wear them and they told us to leave. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, Mrs. Das was extremely "polite" in telling us to leave.

I celebrated my child's birthday at Play house to get surprised with an amazing service, warm staff and finger licious food. it was a complete value for money and the team was fairly open for a few extra minutes to be spent in the play area.

I came all the way from Dwarka to return with my baby. When I reached there the people at the pulpit said there is a party going on, they cannot allow parents, only one parent can go. Moreover they said they have given 2-2.5 lak rupees to book the place. Basically they are denying customers on their face. Moreover They won’t answer your call so how can we know there is a party going on. Pathetic staff with zero human understanding. It’s Simply a money making machine. Will never recommend anyone. My baby came back upset.

Awesome place for kids. And relaxing for adults. You can leave your kids inside the play area and wait or work or have snacks in the waiting area cum cafe. Food is good. Neat and clean. Staff is very courteous. We were hosted by Mr. Bhupender who was very polite and informative.
