Playhouse by Essex Farms

Bhupinder ji in the play house is very kind and extremely helpful. The overall place is excellent for the child to spend for an hour. I am very happy with the place and people. Keep it up!!! 🙂👍🙏 …

very well organised, excellent food and ambience, vendors on their panel are thorough professionals. A special recommondation for ms Aakshi for arranging and organising my son's first birthday so well.

One of the worst places to conduct a birthday party for children. Devesh and Mohit were terrible managers. Multiple hidden costs. Hustled my guests to leave early. I will strongly recommend against booking this for a birthday party.

Pathetic sales manager Mr. Divesh.! He thinks a customer as someone who is in some state to accept all his points, with so many options widely available in todays market.! kept his conditions upright, without even listening to anyones queries…!! Worst place to host any kids party if Mr.divesh is there to assist for bookings.! Terrible and most annoying meeting someone to host my kids party.! Would never recommend anyone to come here even for a normal play date

Very nice decorations done by party pies by Sameer. The whole ambiance they created with their decor is very amazing.

Another sham in the name of playhouse. Yes they've thrown in a assortment of toys and slides but the staff is just not trained enough for the kids. The staff was busy chit chatting and gossiping. They have no inclination to engage the kids. The so called expert staff seems to be picked up from streets. The management can surely visit playhouses in gurgaon and take few lessons on what it takes for playhouse to be a playhouse.

I celebrated my kid's birthday party here. They didn’t serve a food item selected on the list. We didn't realize it at that time because will we look after our guests or check the menu. They KNEW that they didn't serve it and still charged for it. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDN’T GIVE?!?! What nonsense is this. When we told them this afterwards they FOUGHT with us?!?! They refused for refund or any compensation while being aware of their mistake. This is the service you give??? Really bad faculty. During the cake cutting or ANY other thing not a single staff member came to help us. Overall POOR service. Do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time at this rubbish place.

We organised our daughter's 3rd bday party and everything was great. Thanks to there whole team for making our special day, even better. Food, service and decor by partypies sameer; everything was absolutely brilliant. Thanks a lot guys.

Around the IIT area an oasis for functions, ceremonies, wining and fine dining, well managed, efficient systems and well mannered staff, it has four halls for functions and one pub cum restaurant! Process centred on giving visitors a pleasant and comfortable experience, visits are made memorable! Best wishes for the management and staff for their dedication and and friendly service!

Great place for toddlers! The manager Mr. Bhupender is always so helpful and courteous. My kids are so fond of the girls in the playarea esp- Priyanka, Aarti - who also take great care of the kids. Thank you!
