Playhouse by Essex Farms

Your experience at this place would be a mixed bag right from the time you visit or meet the guy running the show Dhruv. Place is decent and clean, staff is helpful. They are trying to run this place by a set of unwanted rules which they dont realize can't work in a service industry. You reach for your own event and you find a guy standing on the gate asking and writing names of your party guests including your own....first time on earth would you find a stupid rule like that. You are supposed to take their decorator on board as Rule 1, this guys work is just about average. If you wanna bring your own decorator, playhouse guys would ask you to pay extra facility charges for the same. Worst and most horrible part is their Rule 2, Photographer on board Mr. Shubham Gupta. This guy is most useless and would leave no stone unturned to spoil your event. Your own family would click better pics then this guy who calls himself as photographer. No one including Dhruv would be available to take responsibility of the damage done to your memories at the end, despite of mutiple messages sent to him. All in all decent food and set up but hugely let down by the way Dhruv is running this place a with set of rules made, especially the most horrible photographer in face of Shubham Gupta. I would personally not choose this place for my future events nor would recommend to my friends. They get two stars also because of their food and playarea.

Overpriced.....with small space..... an hour tht is of 1000rs is too much......no variety of activities.... It's better to go to kidzania thn here... DISSAPOINTED

It's very nice place good for kids they enjoyed a lot 😊..🫰 …

It's a small play area with fair enough activities. They charge Rs.1000/- for one hour, which I feel doesn't justify the cost.

Nice place. My kid enjoyed a lot. However, it was a bit crowded. Space is also bit less. Good for 2-3 year old toddlers.

The venue is decent, but adding more relevant games would optimize space utilization and enhance the experience.

Over rated and over priced. Charging 750 per child per hour for a setup that is not even that great is a farce. You are better off spending your money at the tumble house in South ex or any other place apart from this

Hosted my sons 6th bday party at this venue . My son is a Bella ciao song fanatic and thus I wanted to do a Money Heist theme party. When I got in touch with Sameer from PaRty Pies he sounded game for the new theme for a kids bday party and trust me the party decor was the absolute highlight of the party. Literally felt like I was in a money heist set . Kudos Sameer 💫

Food was good. Sweets Were average. Service was also nice. I was there for my frnds son bday party. It was good . Not disappoint

First, I was hesitant of booking here after reading the negative reviews, but to my surprise everything played out perfectly. The manager over there, Mr Manoj was quite friendly and cooperative and all our requests was upheld by him.
