Bats quality is decent but their customer service and discounts have declined significantly. Just like SS and SG they are transferring marketing cost to consumers
I ordered the India Cricket Test Jersey (order 1134) with the name India on the front. They sent me an old outdated version (2023) of the Dream11 with the letters in Red. I emailed both of their posted email addresses advising them of the incorrect shipping, only to have my emails returned as undelivered or unknown addresses. I posted on their "Lets Talk" website advising them of the incorrect shipping, with no response from them. They are not to be trusted. Crooks.... Jan. 6 update Called both numbers they provided in their response. First number went unanswered with message they are not taking calls. Second number had message saying it is "Not Assigned". I feel like I've been scammed for $147
Bought a SS Player edition bat. Overall it was pleasant experience. Shipping to overseas is super fast. Same day got the DHL tracking number which was very rare.
Tyka has a wonderful collection of apparel, accessories, equipment for sports and athleisure. All essentials are available here! The staff is very helpful and prompt in their service and demeanor. All sports goods are available online on their website and on Amazon
Bought a cricket bag, gloves, ball, and many other cricket accessories from here, got a great discount and amazing items
I visited the store and asked for a kashmir willow bat, but the staff said rudely that 'we don't have kashmir willow, we only have english willow.
