Only Sports

I wanted to enquire and give them a bulk order for my team's cricket caps. I contacted this store and every time they gave me false assurance and then get absent. It's been 2 months now and i still haven't got any response from them. This is the first shop I have seen in my entire life that doesn't seem interested in taking orders/business and entertaining customers. This is a highly unprofessional shop and staff when it comes to telephonic orders or online orders.

The attitude of their sales person is not good at all. I was there to today to purchase keeping gloves, keeping pads, compressions and cricket shoes. But the salesman was not interetsed at all in shwoing me the products, moreover the tone of his voice was also not good at all. At first he asked me the price range I was looking for, to which I replied pls show me the variety I'll decide later on. Then he showed be keeping gloves on around 2k, which I didn't like the fit so asked him for better quality and he started tell that they are expensive, they are of 3k to 4k ... blah blah.... HE SOUNDED LIKE AS IF I CAN'T BUY THEM. That was very rude of him. Still I purchased keeping gloves and pads from them and given them business worth Rs 5672, as they were urgent for me and further decided not to purchase shoes and compression shorts (which would has been another 6k to 7k rupees) from them. And while billing I asked them for carry bag, they also denied that saying no carry bag for these items. I would have simply refused all the items at this point but didn't did they were urgently required. They always show this kind of attitude as if they are giving items for free and this attitude is only because no other store is there in that region. I would never ever visit the store again and I'll suggest all buyer coming here, pls don't come here, go somewhere else but dont come here. Only sports pls take advantage of your monopoly in that region in positive sense but still keep and eye on the attitudes of your salesman. Pathetic service 🙄 😒

Went in to get new keeping gloves, inners and a couple of balls. Bought the Gray-Nicolls player edition keeping gloves, chamois (inners), SG test balls. Was in and out within 5 minutes, no pushing to buy extra or looking over my shoulder. Asked for a discount and was promptly offered one, one each item. Thoroughly respectful, quick and no fluff. Only offered advise when I asked for an outdated item and suggestion was made to test newer model and decide for myself. Walked out with quality items at an amazing price.

I think I didn't have a really good experience there I visited this shop just 2 days ago I want to purchase a bat but there's no one giving enough attention at all it looks like the worker there is not interested in his work didn't really have a good experience I had heard a lot about this place perhaps I was the only one who didn't have a good experience here than I went to geebax it's really good sports shop I purchased a SS Sky thunder BAT from there

If looking for genuine bats and sports equipment, this is the best place to visit in Delhi. They; give discounts on MRP, are very friendly and helpful, have a wide range of sports equipment especially bats (English Willow) and are easy to find as they are located on main road.

Buy nothing from it rude owner and low quality equipment
