Only Sports

The quality of the product is very nice 👌 …

Visited the store today to buy cricket equipment for my 11-year-old cousin. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested, irritated, and unwilling to show the full range of products. When you’re buying gear for a child, guidance and patience really matter, but that was completely missing. The store may have a good collection, but customer service makes a big difference, and today it was quite poor. Hope the management works on staff attitude and customer engagement, especially with families and first-time buyers. I have shopped here for last 4 years and spent around 70-80k every year but this was my last. Won’t be visiting here again.

Easy to find location, the cricket goods are of high standard and quality is impeccable. Highly recommend for cricket players. Mr. Sameer was really helpful in suggestions and Mr. Shawez was also good with his valuable inputs. The staff was friendly and services were good.

Please do not consider buying a cricket bat or any cricket gear from this store. Very unprofessional people, they just want to sell their goods no matter the condition of the product or customers interest. I bought a SS players bat from only sports on april 15, 2025 for RS. 78,000 which was shipped to me even when it had a multiple cracks on the toe of the bat. They agreed to replace the bat at their own cost for return shipping but only reimbursed for half the amount of shipping which was paid by me. On top of this, the replacement bat was sent after 45 days of wait and that too is not the bat i picked for myself. They sent a wrong bat and the excuse was there is some miscommunication or mistake. I was not a new customer to them, but still had to go through this after paying more than Rs.80000. Please save yourself time and money and do not buy your bats from Only sports.

Best in the entire Delhi, they have n numbers of variants in Bat and cricketing material. Shahwez Khan your friendly nature is too good..
