Pathetic pre and post sales service. The sales representatives are too busy with each other that they don't care about the customers and the customer service contact no. always remains busy. I bought an AC 4 days ago. I was promised that the Company representative (Daikin) will install it within next 48 hours. However, it's been 4 days and the AC is still lying unpacked. I tried calling everyone and the customer care said that they don't have any information about the AC purchase. Pathetic people. Big NO to Vijay Sales.

This Vijay sales outlet is in the Unity One mall, which is close to Janak Puri west metro station. Wide range of products are available at this outlet. The service however isn't that good. The team takes quite sometime for billing process. At least it happened with me. Let me know if you had a different experience (a good one may be).

Worst sales store for electronics... Better buy from sargam or reliance digital. Fake offerings by sales men ... They sell by saying installation free, but company technician charges you. VSP doesn't take any reponsibility. Their contact numbers doesn't even work. U need to visit the store to fight against them.

Purchased 2 split ACs of Whirlpool 15 days back. Gave us 1 dented AC and installment done after 2 weeks. Told the incidence to Mr Nipun, their incharge, but No satisfactory answers from his side. Poor after sale attitude.
