After Sales Service is zero. No on in the store receive calls and same with their customer care support.....We purchased washing machine and chimney on tuesday and they didn't deliver washing machine and chiminie till Sunday...
A great collection but one normally always gets the product at a cheaper rate ( of course on proper bill and warranty) from outside stores located on Jail Road or elsewhere. So normally people come here for 'a window shopping kind of thing' and sometimes buy the products from outside.
Vijay Sales and Bajaj Finance are sitting there just to dupe people into buying things on EMI and they won't leave you until you purchase. Very unprofessional of Vijay sales at this location. Bad experience

The guy name pradeep who was consulting us for the redmi phone that's not the behaviour to treat a customer he was again and again saying I have another customer to handle you are not only customer to handle so his behaviour towards customer is very rude Bajaj personal was cooperative so please take care of this

Worst staff! Bought an apple laptop and the button was not working instead of replacing it instantly they said they need a week and after that too noone took my call. Very uncooperative. Never ever buy anything from here. The worst experience I had. Still struggling to connect with the staff but no response. HORRIBLE
