Binsar Farms Pvt. Ltd.

When I started with Binsar, the initial experience was good. But later on they have too many billing issues. I stopped milk delivery for ~15 days, but still got a bill from them. Its pathetic. Thanks a lot Binsar Farm for your quick response. The billing issue got settled quickly and appropriately. I would like to continue with this farm and will recommend others as well. Thanks again. And please keep the good quality.

They will ask you for a big amount recharge promising offers or cashback. BEWARE they don't honour it , will stop responding to your queries. Customer support is just one person who only occassionally responds to whatsapp.

They said they are giving free sample for 5 days. But after that we said we'll start the subscription they said to first pay for those 5 days. They don't know how to sale at all and are not true with there commitment neither clear with their talks..........really bad experience

Very good dairly farm keep catle in very good condition well maintained staff

I am using binsar farms milk last 1 year. I am so happy with quality and specially service. Shahwaz is the sales person. He is very supported and helpful. He is not only sales. Hi' s care of customer requirement Thank you.....

I am consuming Binsar milk products from last 5 years and extremely satisfied with the quality . As i am a mother of two growing kids, I wanted to be sure before taking any milk or milk products. So, i have visited their Farm in Sonepat just to see the promises they are making in their ads are true or not. The details they provided about quality of the milk and how they ensure to preserve it organically, was really helpful for me to make the decision. Thank you Binsar for delivering consistent quality throughout these years.

Binsar Farm ka doodh bilkul fresh aur natural lagta hai. Bachche bhi bina nakhre ke doodh peete hain. Packaging safe hai aur delivery on time hoti hai. Highly recommended!”

I had a very disappointing experience with Binsar. Their milk is quite expensive but tends to spoil almost daily. When I place small orders, like just for paneer, their delivery executive refuses to deliver and simply sends a WhatsApp message saying it will be delivered the next day. The customer service representative was also very unhelpful and didn’t seem to understand my concerns. Overall, the quality, delivery, and customer service were all very unsatisfactory.

Binsar Farms do supply high quality fresh and Hygienic milk to households in Delhi-NCR region. I have been to their farm and find it well managed with proper care for animals and calf for feed, hygiene and other facilities. Their milk processing unit is also well managed. The team there is very dedicated for ensuring the quality of milk.

I've tried Doodhvale, Amul, country delight, and motherdairy, but there was always a lack of consistency with their milk, especially with Doodhvale. I don't want to say it out loud, but with Binsar, I've noticed that my stomach is also doing well. And in this world of adulteration, they're doing it right, that's what D2C service is all about. They really earn my trust. Because manufacturers to consumers directly always eliminate the chances of adulteration. Even the eggs, the brown ones, they're just right. The butter, buttermilk (the genuine one, not the one made from curd, it is proper butter milk which is extracted during the process of making butter) and clarified butter(ghee) too. It would be greatly appreciated if the brand could maintain this tradition consistently, ensuring the purity for consumers like us who value authenticity and purity. From your regular consumer since last 2 years ( in between I tried the other brands too just to differentiate 🙂 and write my review)
