Best in class hygiene maintained for all dairy operations at Binsar farms. I personally visited the farm with my family and the staff cordially gave us a tour of the farm. Their products are of high quality and priced reasonable.

I hesitated for a long time before subscribing to Binsar’s daily delivery service. I love truly fresh milk, and the packets from big brands just never satisfied me. When I finally decided to give Binsar a try, I crossed my fingers that they’d live up to their promise of quality and trustworthiness. After nearly a month of daily deliveries, I couldn’t be happier. The milk arrives fresh. In fact, this is the first time we decided to make our own curd and white butter at home; believe me, the results are fantastic. I’m genuinely impressed by Binsar’s consistency and care, and I hope they continue to maintain this level of excellence. I’ll certainly be sticking around.

Had a Really poor experience with the referal and cashback scheme . Was referred by my neighbours in the same building . Was given a cashback of 125 initially but was deducted within hours just because I had the same address as my neighbour. Apparently These guys don’t understand how flats in Delhi are .. where you share the same address and floor as your neighbour but have a separate residence . Really poor management . Contacted customer care multiple times and they denied to help . Will change my review if I get a resolution .

Horrible of them to serve mik having dead insects, flies , making people serious sick . @Fassai should take action against them, check properly. I am going consumer court and putting this in FASSAI AND FACTORY AND SALE LICENCE DEPT also in my NOIDA society groups

After posting my earlier review regarding a foreign plastic item found in milk, Binsar Farm reached out, apologized, and assured that quality control measures have been strengthened. I appreciate their response and resolution. I will continue to monitor future quality, but for now, I am satisfied with how the issue was handled. It is better to withdraw the complaint as they are not going to improve. They have no quality control action. No quality is managed. We got a plastic cover inside. After making a complaint, I got this message: "Sorry for this negligence will take strict action and take care on a priority basis. It's a serious issue to get a plastic piece in milk." When we asked for action, they asked me to go lab test and submit the lab reports: "Sir, we wanted to know what was quality control issue as a plastic piece was found, which was not hygienic. In milk found we apologize for it. we just wanted to share feedback with our quality team if you had shared a report with us." According to them, anything added in the milk will not impact the quality of the milk, and they are confident that they will get a nil report. This is in the supplies received on 30.11.2025. Great customer care, got a call with the waiver of two liters of milk as a discount, and a promise of quality assurance in the future. No plan of action or the reason for the error was that they have a manual washing procedure. So this mistake could happen.

⭐ **Would give ZERO stars for their unprofessionalism and misleading practices!** There is no formal grievance redressal mechanism—apparently, everything is decided by *Laalaji*! This is a continuation of my husband’s review regarding the cashback issue. The cashback coupon was **provided and accepted on their own app at the time of recharge**. Now, they are conveniently claiming that their app and website mention that cashback is not applicable for the same address. Seriously? Is the customer expected to cross-check every T&C instead of trusting the offers displayed and accepted by your own app? If the offer was not applicable, your app should never have generated or allowed the coupon to be applied in the first place. **Offering a cashback coupon, allowing the customer to complete the recharge, and then denying the promised cashback is completely unacceptable and misleading.** From a customer’s perspective, this feels nothing short of fraudulent. Instead of hiding behind T&Cs, take responsibility, fix your app, improve your grievance redressal system, and, most importantly, fix your mindset towards customer service. **Stop misleading customers with offers you cannot honour. Own your mistake instead of shifting the blame to the customer!**

They are pathetic, horrible in food safety, undrinkable milk quality. Binsar milk has flies, big flying type dead insects inside bottle, not sure how they do bottling and milk farming. My family by drinking @binsar milk has got serious health issues. I am approaching consumer court against Binsar for this negligence and improper milk quality, safety and health harm they have caused to my family.
