We have been taking milk from Binsar Farms for 3.5 years now. They produce organic and most hygienic milk. I visited their farms couple of times to ensure the quality. It definitely raised the immunity power of my kids. I highly recommend it. They have a very well managed delivery system.

Not even able to place first order. App has problem, it is loading at confirmation order page and hence not able to place the order. Their team, instead of looking into app and its issue, calling from morning and wasting time in telling about their products and suggesting on how should I spend money present in wallet. Guys, what I need first help me in placing that order itself, instead of suggesting new product and doing marketing. That too instead of suggesting they are commanding on what should I buy , headache it is and pathetic experience!! Update: No, thank you so much. I dont want to get engage into your service again. Finally I have placed order after a lot of struggle and talking to your customer service which first told curd buttermilk is not there and suddenly placed the order for same product later as he was getting confused between buttermilk and milk and told me that I should have said lassi not butter milk to avoid confusion. Finally after a lot of struggle with your team placed the order. Hoping for a successful delivery tomorrow and hoping of not struggling tomorrow. Finger crossed. This is my first and last order from Binsar farms. Highly recommend to not order from them. Not sure about quality but customer service , app both are worst and pathetic

Udderly Disappointed, But Consistently So!" If there's one thing I admire about this milk vendor, it's their unwavering commitment to being... consistently terrible. Truly, a masterclass in disappointment. Delivery times? Let’s just say they operate on “cow standard time,” which I believe is measured by the phases of the moon and the mood of their delivery guy’s goat. Sometimes it's 6am. Sometimes it's never. But can’t get them to ring the bell in last 3 years!!! Customer service? You'd have better luck getting a coherent response from a confused llama. My last message got a reply that simply said, “We are delivering” Even after a broken glass bottle. And they rely on “mujhe laga” “App”” Duh” I assume they’re still checking. Possibly by consulting a sacred butter oracle.

I have started and stopped their milk delivery service many times only to stop it after some months of terrible delivery services. The quality of milk is always patchy. It's sometimes good sometimes bad , absolutely no consistency.. The main problem is poor quality delivery persons . The delivery persons are paid lowly.Thats why they are never committed. The biggest problem is delivery timing. They follow an open delivery slot format. Where they like to deliver within a slot of 7 to 10pm but it's their choice of timing within this slot. And this timing keeps changing. Had they told us this thing before start of service, almost 90% of subscribers would not even subscribe. In the app we have clearly mentioned to ring bell during delivery but the delivery person never follows. Despite telling them "n" number of times to deliver before 7:30am but they keep delivering at random times and it's sad to find spoilt milk outside house in the evening. They expect us to pay for that spoilt milk. The delivery person keeps changing.

I've tried several dairy farms in the area, but Binsar Farm stands out for its consistent quality and excellent customer service. Their milk is always fresh, and their staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been using Binsar Farms milk and other dairy products for almost 6 months now. I have never faced any problem either with the products or the service. The farm fresh milk, cow ghee, farm fresh paneer, artisan butter and artisan curd I have ordered to date are of really good quality, which justifies their prices too. Keep up the good work, Binsar Farms. All the best.

Don’t ever install or buy anything from them. They are scammers! Milk is duplicate and when I stopped the service they forcefully started delivering. So basically stopped the service 6months back and out of the blue they are calling and saying the your regular deliver was till two days back and you need to pay the amount. They are forceful, dominating and forcefully not stopping the service even after multiple requests. Their delivery boy would come anytime with a milk bottle and would ask to take it. And then they would ask for money. They are FRAUD, SCAMMERS, BEWARE OF THEM!!!!

Highly pathetic services and the quality of milk is poor! I tried several milk brands but would request you to never opt for this one. When, I told them that I don't like your quality of milk, they said you should either try some other product like seriously your base product milk is pathetic and you are expecting me to try your more products. She even said to me confidently that 'Country Delight came to us asking how Binsar is supplying quality milk'. Like seriously, you want me to believe it 😂 At first, they told me wallet refund will get credited within 24 hours and today they are telling me it will get credited within 7 days. I believe it's complete fraud.

When I started taking milk from Binsar Farms, I was quite satisfied with the quality and presentation, though there were glitches in communication and consequently, with delivery. Then things settled down. However, over the last two months, I have noticed two things. Firstly, there is no customer care, and it is better to speak to the manager of the local hub. Secondly, the quality of the milk is not what it used to be. You need educated people to handle customer support. If a customer sets a vacation from date A to date B (both days inclusive), they always get it wrong and deliver on date A or resume delivery on date B. You also need proper and fair policies. For instance, when you raised the price from ₹68 to ₹70, you offered the old price to customers who cleared their outstanding dues. But for people who had already put a substantial amount in the wallet, the price was raised. And even after I pointed it out, nothing was done.
