No physical visit entertained to view the products. Manager on call said that they are out of stock for ghee and milk samples not available at the dairy to try and buy. Went with high hopes but rejected from gate only. Good luck doing business like this binsar.

Pathetic service by Binsar and it's team. From 11th August they have been fooling around and deducting the money from the wallet and not delivering the order first order placed on 11th that's was not delivered , then 12th August the milk packet delivered was stale. Today delivery not happened. The most amazing part is that everyone is so cool and ok about this and not even an ounce of feeling sorry . I request the team to pls look into the matter. This is harrasment by binsar we are relying on them for delivery and then when it's not delivered , we have to go to the market to buy the milk packets.. pathetic and terrible service and quality.

Had an amazing experience at Binsar. Loved it how nice of a quality control and management they have at the farm. Cows are taken care of very nicely and staff is very caring and conscientious in their work. I tried their butter, lassi and badam milk. Had the best one I ever had in my lifetime. There staff is way too toxic, i was there customer for more than 6 years, and this month payment was 2 days late than the agreed upon time and for third day he didnt supply milk because of this. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS and the manager had the audacity to blame his own staff for what he did. So overall company behaviour is toxic

I am using Binsar Milk from an year almost, it's very tasty and good quality milk. We use to extract Butter and Ghee on weekly basis , which is far superior and flavorous then any other product available in market. I consciously chosen Binsar Milk as it's pure cow milk for the intake of my small kids. Best wishes Binsar Milk Team , Keep it up.... I was using the milk since last 2 years. But now they degraded the quality. It is like water and when we complaint about the quality they didnt give proper reply .even we give them sample and told to check.but no reply was received .customer care also not take it seriously .delivery timing is also not good .they deliver milk from 9-10 am.and delivery management is also poor.even when i informed them that i was out of town for one week or the case may be even then they didnt stop delivering milk and add that in monthly bill.due to this kind of behaviour i have switched to some other brand .

----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated on 07th June 2022 - Binsar has reached me out after this feedback and since Holi I have again started the milk service with them, now their delivery management is much better compared to the earlier one. On regular basis I am getting my milk at around 8 AM with few exceptions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wrote on 26th Feb 2022 - Milk quality is good, but their delivery management is pathetic. When I started with them they use to send the milk before 7 AM and we were very happy with that. But from last 6-7 months there is no fix timing of milk delivery. Sometimes it comes around 8AM, mostly it comes around 10AM (I am forced to get picked the milk bottles by my neighbors at many a time), sometimes it comes around 11AM or 12noon. Even though I have requested them so many times that I need milk delivery before 8AM, but no improvement. Also on each rainy day, it should by default be considered that their milk delivery will be delayed by 2 hours, this means if they are delivering at 10AM regularly then on rainy day it will be delivered at 12 noon. Pathetic!!! Today i.e. 26th Feb 2022 at 11AM, I informed them that I haven't received the milk yet through whatsapp, to which they responded at 12 noon that today there is no enough milk supply hence no milk for you. This means they cancelled my milk delivery without informing me and only when I tried to reach them out they wrote me "plz arrange for today, less bottles received from farm sorry we apologize". Even from last 2-3 months they have stopped picking up the phone calls as well, I have tried their number so many times but they never picks them up and never makes a call back as well. Seems like they have got enough customer and they does not want to continue with few like me. I have started looking for some other alternatives now. I requested to other consumer not trust them on their delivery, look for some other milk suppliers who can delivery the milk at some specific time.

They are selling non-pasteurized milk. And charging 80/- for 1 litre for unprocessed milk / non pasteurized. If you ask them they will say it's pasteurized. Nothing is mentioned over the milk container. It's clearly mentioned to boil immediately after delivery.

One milk packet which was not delivered and there was no door bell and repeatedly mentioned to customer service team of Ankita, Seema and Tanu was not resolved. I was made to be the liar since they believed the delivery guy more. The call was escalated to Bhupinder Singh , delivery manager of Noida and he rudely and disrespectfully disconnected the phone after harassing me on the phone. Thereafter I received a call saying that if I did not recharge this months account, my delivery would be stopped with immediate effect. The fact that I recharge at the beginning of every month was not even listened to. This was repeatedly told to me while I was on a vacation and I was harassed. Point to note : Despite informing repeatedly that I recharge at the beginning of each month, I was threatened with the immediate withdrawal of service. The CUSTOMER HANDLING IS DEPLORABLE, MISERABLE AND SIMPLY PATHETIC. Mind you the same has happened earlier also when the delivery guy Sonu stated that the milk has been delivered and later retracted the statement, saying that the packet got torn.

friday 11,2022 - Edit i fail to understand how can a farm with 450 cows have such an urgent vacation that around 1pm customer care invites and around 2:30 pm farm management stops us from any sort of visit . Only smart replies on google won’t help have some transparency. Unfortunately i am an existing customer, only there till my wallet money expends. Never trust , tall claims. They take the benefit of most people won’t visit their farms. This happened to me on 8th November. I called customer care on 8th november around 1 pm. They confidently told me visit, just make sure to visit before 6pm. So I came around 2:30-2:40pm.The gates were shut, outside shop was locked. I shouted from the gate and called the care number but to no avail. After sometime, some lady did come but she refuted immediately. She claimed infection was spreading among cows and we won’t allow anyone so as to save cows . The manager also came and said the same thing. The surprising thing was after insisting for 15 minutes that we were invited. Check with Delhi office please. we lost hope and decided to go back home . she said why don’t you guys come on sunday. ( I was wondering won’t the infection spread on sunday?) Something fishy is happening at this farm which was not coordinated with delhi office due to which they were not able to show the farm . i would not be surprised to learn after a while that they are another company whose marketing is good but substance is zero. highly and totally dissapointed .
