Har bar phoolwala se order karke Khushi hoti hai ekdum reliable hai
Dont order from these money minded people they will take your money and will not delivered your product they will play with your emotions..... totally waste of time and money also . The people are unprofessional and always make silly excuses of not delivering the product.....also i have seen many reviews like these i had done mistake of not reading these reviews of exploited people.my experience with the phoolwala is too bad and wish the company will not survive long run also making complain of these people.
*Do not order* This is a scam. This Fraudulent business will first accept your order, take full payment, come the delivery time, they will have an excuse to not fulfill your order. Not only this, they don't bother to communicate this to the customer. You will have to chase them constantly for updates. When you ask for a refund, they have another set of long excuses for not processing it. The worst experience , definitely not worth your time and money.
Good experience. They delivered my flowers timely. Siddhartha was prompt in response.
Ordered a Valentine's day delivery from Phoolwala.com. The order tracking says Delivery date is 14th and it hasn't been delivered still and it 16th today. Paid a premium price for 14th delivery. No answer to emails, phone calls and chat on the website was disabled. Horrible service. Never order from phoolwala.
Phoolwala is my first choice whenever I want to send love to my family in India from abroad. Very trustworthy service
Mere dost ke liye cake + flowers combo order kiya tha, dono time pe deliver huye
Worst place to order from. Not at all professional. They show you something and send you something else. They are just brokers. They don't take any responsibility for sending you wrong order. Please avoid these scammers.
Bad services, unapologetic behavior, Fake company. Ordered flowers from this website and flowers not delivered. But website shows it has been delivered. When I spoke with this guy name Sidharth, He said i can complain where ever I want to. Not worth it
Super smooth ordering process, payment bhi easy tha
