3 out of my 5 deliveries didn’t happened, i am thinking that even trying isn’t even worth it, 3 thousand rupees down the drain, 🤷🏻‍♀️ dont order anything from here …

Great service and quality .I placed an order on 22nd for bhopal during lockdown .initially I was on doubt wether my gift will be delivered or not .but I was so happy when the gift was received by my mom . The quality was superb and the customer support team is very professional.

I have bought a pink flower bouquet and cake combo for my brother's birthday. The delivery was on time as I have chosen for express delivery. I loved there quality of combos as well.

CROOKS WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT MAKING ANY DELIVERIES OR REFUND. They are abusing the COVID situation as an excuse to steal. Zero business ethics. I placed an order for flowers and chocolates that their website said would be delivered on the 4th of May. All other deliveries in India stated they were not delivering due to lockdown but not on their website. It actually indicated they were delivering in spite of the lockdown. It is more than 3 months now and I’ve asked them for a refund several times. They haven’t made the delivery nor have they returned my money. They insist the lockdown is still on when I know that all other deliveries are taking place in India already as of June. They are crooks and thieves.

Lying and cheating to customer and going back on their words!!!! Firstly, Didnt receive my bouquet order dated 16th Jun 2019 on time (even after making full payment including additional payment for the fixed time) for a function and in lieu of it , Ferrero Rocher chocolates was suggested by the company rep Amit verbally. Instead , I was given a basket of ordinary chocolates today and when questioned by me to Amit, he had the audacity to go back on his words and claim that he never spoke about Ferrero Rocher. I have not accepted the basket of cheap chocolates. This is not acceptable and now I want my full refund. I gave Amit a second chance as he begged me as his colleague Ravi on Sunday gave misleading information to me when I did not receive my bouquet order and asked for a refund.i have sent email to this matter , but no reply nor response to it. And now, Phoolwala company is going back on their committment. Kindly resolve this matter before I proceed through legal actions. Now as requested by you, this is the order number PW169737. Atleast have a decency to reply to my mails.

Don't trust it's a scam , they take order and then start giving excuses,I have ordered for past 3 days,no one picked up the call even on WhatsApp,i Mail them as well but no reply,i suggest do not order they have no business experience.
