Absolute scammers! All good reviews are FAKE! I'm in London and ordered a bouquet and cake to family in Ranchi. And what I've got is a nightmare. Never delivered anything fiur days after the scheduled date. Customer service is NONE! All you get is excuses. Never answer the call. Still trying but got a feeling that my money is gone for good. Funny the vendor asked about order number. I provided many times on whatsapp. Still NOTHING! Don't waste your money with this scammer.

Visited from their website, someone by the name of Siddharth called(Gurgoan location.) First of all the flowers selected were not delivered and then the ones which were delivered were extremely bad quality. So bad that i could not even give it to the intended person. Very worst experience. I recommend never to order from them.

This is a fake business I guess, even if it is not they are pathetic and unprofessional. And i totally feel the good reviews are fake. As the bad ones are all same similar to my case. Today i place an order for same day delivery. The website accepted the order and I made the payment as well. When I called them to follow on the delivery initially they said they can only deliver cake & chocolates. I stated its not safe to send cake hence I want to cancel the order and get the refund. To which they stated they can process the refund after the lock-down, post which it will take 7-10 days for me to get the refund. This is absolutely worst. To which if I can get the chocolates delivered. They further added the delivery cannot be done and they will refund the amount as per their process, post this they have stopped responding me via watsap and call. Better they stop cheating people like this. Order Number PW174287. On 5th June, I received a call from the owner apologizing for the experience I had and stated he have initiated the refund and today have received the refund as well. Advised him if he want to continue his business, he have to ensure for a good customer experience, rather than what i faced. But thankful to him who proactively processed the refund after the call, hope the same can be done for any future deliveries as well.

Order # PW186767, this is my order number, payment was done 2 days before, but delivery not still not done, even after 2 days. When called all 3 numbers provided, no one willing to pick number. Very pathetic experience. Amazing how these people are in business.

MINUS rating! This is certainly a SCAM. Ordered flowers for same day delivery. upfront payment. ZERO call/ follow-up. NO delivery. To top it all, an etiquetteless man takes the call on the number listed. He accepted bouquet was out of stock & refund will come after 4days. He hung up the phone while I asked him why no intimation.
