Interflora sucks They deliver stale flowers and then poor have after sales service

Worst people to order flowers on special occasion. Specially in jaipur. They are the worst. They didn’t deliver my order on time, my give time slot was 9am-1pm and till 5pm also they were not able to deliver my order. Never order from them.

Customer service is too much full of arrogance. They can even do a fraud with you by not delivering the order and then by not refunding the money as well. I’ve talked to Anwar from there team and he was so arrogant.

I had ordered a cake with a bouquet from this site. The bouquet was fine. But the cake was the most horrible cake i have ever tasted. It was for Rs. 500 and the only good thing with cake were its fruits, cream was still okay, But the bread the main base of the cake was extremely hard. I had to throw away the cake. Felt like i was eating some cheap quality stale cupcake from an old shop. EXTREMELY PATHETIC CAKE. I can not believe its still in business.

Highly overpriced with bad quality. Had ordered seemingly a beautiful bouquet with lovely pastel shaded flowers. Recieved a totally disaster with wilted ones. They had not been watered before being delivered, the foam was totally dry.

Order# 10790731. Had placed an order for the Golden Euphoria product under their Diwali Hamper section on 11 November, a day prior to Diwali. This was for my parents as I live in a different city. When I placed the order it was clearly mentioned the delivery would be completed between 6:00hrs and 22:00 hrs the same day. Did not get any update the whole day. Then at 11:15 PM that night I receive a message notification that the product is out for delivery. Thats an hour and fifteen minutes post their timeframe. Was a bit miffed that they are delivering that late considering my parents are old and they would be asleep by that hour. Then I receive a call at 11:30 PM and the delivery guy tells me that he is at the location and not able to locate the house. On the tracking link it shows he is nowhere near the location and he isn’t ready to listen. At this point I was annoyed and asked him to return the product. Next day call their customer service at 10:00 AM and am informed by a customer service rep that they are sorry and they would expedite it and have it delivered ASAP. No updates again for rest of the day. Gave them a call again and the customer service rep assures me that it’ll be delivered by 7:00 PM. Post which again no update. Now it’s the third day, 13 November and call these guys again at 9:00 AM and am informed that they are sorry and would re attempt it. What is the point in doing it if it’s a Diwali hamper and being delivered post Diwali. I understand that it is Diwali and these businesses are loaded with work but why provide customers with false promises. Their customer service contact timelines are between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM but does not co-relate with their delivery timelines which is till 10:00 PM. If a customer runs into any issue there is nowhere or nobody to reach out to expect an email address. 3 days just to get a hamper delivered. Horrendous service. Would not recommend or order from them again.

A big regret ordering from this site and spoiling my entire day. Ruined my valentine gift. Delivery is pathetic and they will not deliver to you its a scam, delivery partners are rude and I was provided a false commitment to deliver 5 times after back to back calls but nobody delivered. The delivery partner doesn't call you and cancels the order. Interflora customer care is good for nothing, one number is continously buzy since morning and the other no has technical issue where you get to hear a robotic abrupted voice. Super terrible experience! I paid 3500 for a bouquet of Oriental lillies and the bouquet had wilted flowers. Absolutely disgusted by the experience, quality and service.

Most horrible site one can choose for special moments . Worst service and very rude. Had worst experience.

Order was not delivered on time. The occasion was over. No update was given.
