Horrible cheats. Stay away. They accepted my order for lilies. Next day they informed me that the flowers are not available so can they do a substitution. And this is the 3rd time it has happened with me. They take the money, say the flowers are not available, and then push you hard to make do with some alternatives. Try to apologize a lot, all artificial and unauthentic. Its a scam. Will never ever order through them.

Pathetic & highly disappointing services. They charge higher than other platforms but there supply chain management is worst of all. They deliver the order so late that it doesn't hold any meaning. Their refund process too isn't friendly. I can bet they won't last for long in this business this way. Be careful when you decide to order from interflora. You'll face be super stressed until the order is delivered which is almost at the end of the day. Never recommending. You should see other reviews as well about how people are humiliated on the occasions of joy.

Absolutely pathetic. Ruined my anniversary with spoilt flowers, note is missing, not even an apology.

Terrible service. I ordered a bouquet in the morning which was delivered at 11:23 pm in the night when my friend's birthday was practically over!! This is the kind of pathetic service you get after paying ridiculous amounts of money for a bunch of flowers!

Pathetic service. They sent the wrong message to the wrong name and for the wrong occasion! It was a birthday gift for a young woman but the message was for an elderly male in his 80s ! My friend went berserk trying to return the gift as she thought it was for someone else… that too on the eve of her birthday! Upon complaining they offered me a 15% gift card from Interflora expecting me to order from them again! Disgusting and cheap behaviour . Will never order from here again! They are unorganised and extremely careless !

I had ordered a plant and a diffiser set to be delievered the next day by 1pm. I had prepaid and everything The next day when it didnt reach by 1pm, i raised a complaint and only then did they inform that the plant is unavailable and wven then very slow replies, no provision of refund and giving a poorer quality alternative. Avoid using this site.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. They charge for delivery yet dont deliver nor do they have an agent who can pick up the call post 7 and help. After repeated messaging I got manthan as my gifting assistant who said hi and vanished. This company has no sense of responsibility or ownership. Ridiculous experience and have spoiled my day completely.

Very bad service . Booked flowers for 23 Aug to be sent to Australia . Dowers were delivered on 25th Aug . I kept doing follow ups but no one gave me any status . Flowers delivered on 25th seems to be packed on 23 rd . They were not fresh. This is happening with me for second time . Earlier one delivery in Delhi was delayed by days and no one from team gave status or explanation of the issue. They will delay and they won’t even talk to you about the issue
