Very bad experience with Interflora for the third time. They delivered flowers one day before and without any message (greetings). Ferns & Petals is far better than them. Even road side vendors are better than Interflora

Horrid horrid never order .. they ruined my valentine day surprise , flowers were never delivered , delivery agency was rude , no one responded no calls attended no intimation on delay or non delivery Finally at 11:30 in the night they called the person for whom the flowers were ordered saying the person who had to make the bouquet had left Ordered in the morning and 12 hours later no idea where the flowers are .. shit service never order ever

A little expensive but when you look at the flowers they look worth every penny. Good quality of products + beautiful packaging + hassle free delivery.

Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid This Service Highly disappointed with the Interflora service. They show your pincode as serviceable, take your order, and even charge extra for guaranteed same-day delivery. But here’s the catch: just 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, they inform you that they can’t deliver. If you’re ordering for an important occasion, you’ll be left completely stranded with no time to make alternate arrangements. All they offer is a generic apology and a vague promise of a callback “as soon as possible”. My advice: Go with a more reliable and professional service. Don’t risk ruining your special moments because of their incompetence.

Extremely Disappointed. Paid extra for the express delivery, expecting it to arrive on time for a special occasion but they were never delivered as promised. worst part despite multiple follow ups the customer service teams was unhelpful, dismissive and rude, showing little regard for the urgency or emotional significance of order. no proper communication or an apology from their end and no efforts to resolve it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR THE RELIABLE DELIVERY OR RESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very disappointed with my Interflora order — flowers arrived stale and not fresh as shown online. For a premium brand, this is unacceptable. Quality and service need serious improvement. Requesting a replacement for this order

Worst experience ever. Was promised a delivery by 2:00pm and got delivery at 8:40pm. Flowers were all almost dead and looked ugly. Tries reaching customer care early in the day but no response. Will never order from here again. Nobody should order from here.

AVOID. Big time fakery ! I was sent Blue Beauty Flowers along with a Red Velvet Cake in a jar. The flowers have wilted in a day and the cake smells of rotten cream. I've tried to reach across to them - phone lines disrupted, Whatsapp person keeps writing that the order has been delivered, without paying heed to the complaint. Insisting that only the sender can complain not the recipient. Sender has got no response too. Poor quality, rotten customer care.

A most disappointing experience! Yesterday, I had ordered a bouquet of roses and a cake from their website. The roses were wilting when they were delivered to me and the cake tasted like a dry cardboard laden with synthetic flavors. The most disappointing part of whole experience was that even when I shared pictures of the wilting flowers and requested them to replace the decaying flowers with a fresh bouquet, they refused to take any responsibility for the quality of their product and kept evading me. They kept making excuses and kept sending me meaningless assurances till 3AM in the morning. An entire day has passed and they’ve conveniently ignored my request for delivering the product I had paid for. Shame on this fraud company! Never buying anything from them again.

Fraudulent website, do not order . No delivery, no refund, long wait on call centre. Reviews are bad and still no one is bothered
